These are wonderful people to work with. The prices are comparable to most vendors. I've never had any issues getting my order. If something is back ordered, I am notified within 24 hours. And they check on you to see how things are, and if you are in need of anything. I feel they really do care about their customers.

I am local in the area and had placed orders with them before. I had called to place an order and opted for option #2 (Spanish). The call fails after a couple or rings. Then I press #1 (English) and was directed to a call center which the person on the other side had no dental knowledge and could not take my order properly. Also, it took them a while to find my account. I had requested next business day delivery, and costumer service had agree upon. Today I am expecting my order and checked UPS for updated and says that the label was only created and that UPS does not have the package in their possession. As a business owner and client I rather deal with more serious companies.
