The team is amazing and there is hardly ever any wait time! We don't love needing Urgent Care when our regular vet is closed but they make it so much easier to deal with.

Please do not take your animal here for end of life they did something wrong while giving our sick animal the medicine and she reacted, I have never seen this happen before it was pretty traumatic for us to see. I believe the Doctor was in a rush and gave the meds maybe to fast or such but this will never leave our memories just take your animals to a place with more compassion for your animal and your grieving...

I had to take my girl Luna there Saturday, due to severe anal gland pain and inflammation, they were all very nice and sweet, my dog suffers from severe anxiety but they were wonderful, they explained everything in detail and were very helpful , glad I found them online and they were able to see her.

I had to take my cat in and was absolutely amazed at this office. In and out quickly, no crazy add on costs, and he was treated so great. Staff is unbelievably nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend going here to anyone in need of emergency care for their furbaby.

This place was the best Vet ER I have ever been to!! They saw my pup right away and were so nice! My 5 pound dog got into some spicy chicken and had a very upset stomach. Right away they got him an IV and bloodwork. They prescribed him some antibiotics and special diet for a week and 2 days later he’s already back to normal feeling much better!! I was so worried about my boy going in but the staff from the front desk, to the doctor were so kind and answered all of my questions I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My kitten had just gotten spayed and she would not let me put her recovery suit on her and I was an anxious wreck that she was going to open her stitches. THANK GOODNESS for this animal hospital because Ken was able to put her suit on for me. He was absolutely wonderful with my fur baby, handled her so gently and talked to her the whole time he was putting her suit on. I left with the peace of mind I needed. 10/10 recommend

We've taken two colony cats for care and both visits were great. The doctor and vet tech were caring and compassionate. Thank you for taking care of our babies.

A reasonable, caring, highly professional Vet. My sister had traveled with her Pomeranian to Florida. He did not travel well. By late night he was having difficulties breathing and had ended up causing himself to suffer from heat stroke. She thought the absolute worst was happening, due to his symptoms. The minute the Vet saw him he diagnosed and began treatment. Less than an hour, her little dog had cooled off and his temp. was back to normal he was provided something to calm down and we took that precious little guy back home. We recommend Urgent Pet Care for any pet emergency!!!!

Took my senior dog Coco in. He’s 16 1/2. Dr. Stephanie Schaefer was working. She was super sweet. Listened attentively. And responded approximately. Great service. Treated Coco like the royalty that he is. ☺️?. And Ken at the front desk was also very professional, and attentive. Coco likes them both. He is a good judge of character. Coco’s doing very well on the treatment prescribed and gradually making a full recovery. We are very pleased with the services received. Thank you All!

The staff here is amazing! Truly lifesavers. I brought my dogs in on Sunday after they sustained serious injuries. They were able to not only keep me calm but my dogs as well. They worked with me while I figured out payment plan and did everything to save my dogs. I cannot thank them enough. Don’t hesitate to bring your animals here, they are fair, honest and great with both people and the animals they care for.

My dog, Radar, tore her dew claw almost completely off. I called my vet to see if we could bring Radar in for treatment. Unfortunately, it was almost 4:00 pm. Based on the info I provided to the vet, they said it wasn't an emergency, but it was urgent and recommended Urgent Pet Care. We took Radar in and the treatment, professionalism, caring attitudes made all the difference for Radar's pain and stress. Dr. Axelband, and Julie, were sincerely dedicated to helping Radar.I highly recommend Urgent Pet Care for your pets care.

This place is a lifesaver. We found a very young stray kitten on a Sunday afternoon and brought it home with plans of taking him to our regular vet on Monday. However when we got to the house I noticed that the kitten was covered in fleas and had a very bloated tummy. I started frantically looking for a vet because I knew that with its size this was not a good sign; however the only available vets where emergency centers. That is when I found this clinic and called them. It was Sunday at 7pm and they told me to come with the kitten. As soon as we got there the kitten got tested for parasites and treated for the fleas. We got medications to take home to tray the parasites and I left knowing that the kitten was going to be ok. The Dr and his vet tech where so kind and friendly, they answered all my questions and took away my worries. I can’t express how great full I am to be able to see a vet on Sunday evening. I will definitely come back with my pets and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

This is where you need to be if your pet needs medical attention! This is the 2nd time i have had to bring my animals and they were always receptive and always had time for me! :) Julie at the front is beyond accommodating and for me i have to feel that a place actually cares and this is the place! Dr. Schaefer is such a presence of love for the animals and such a support for the fur-parents ! :)This is where you need to be if your fur-babies are not feeling well!
