A 2 hour lunch, really? This location is bizarre it’s hard to figure out where to even go. Just be sure you notice the 2 hour lunch daily between Noon and 2. Must be nice workin 9-5 with a 2 hour lunch!!!

TERRY YOU SAVED CHRISTMAS FOR OUR LITTLE GIRL!I’m trying to get in touch w UPS to let them know how wonderful you are, Terry. This driver went out of his way to make sure my 4 yr old kid didn’t see the big present SANTA was bringing. Amazon did not bother to box it and it would have ruined EVERYTHING if she saw it just sitting on the doorstep. I CANT THANK YOU ENOUGH, Terry!!!! You’re always fast and work sooo hard, but yesterday I had the opportunity to talk with you and see how truly caring you are about the things UPS customers receive. WE JUST CANT BELIEVE THAT AS BUSY AS YOU ARE, YOU TOOK THE TIME TO CARE ABOUT US. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!

This has nothing to do with this location just the phone customer service technology is supposed to be beneficial to mankind, but for your case it is not. I don’t like the fact that I need to speak to somebody and it just hangs up because you don’t have a tracking number. I need general information from someone and you guys can’t even provide that information without a tracking number what kind of technology do you guys use that can’t give this information without a tracking number come on put the human back in customer service.

The absolute worst! Called them around 12pm to figure it out why my package was not being delivered and the person I spoke to over the phone informed me that I could pick it up myself at this facility between 7-8pm. I got to the facility at 6:55pm to pick up my package that they failed to deliver twice and walked in to a “security guard” leaned back feet up with her phone in her hand. When she finally acknowledged me it was with an attitude asking for my zip code. Gave her the zip code then she put me on the phone with someone just for them to put me hold and tell me although I called hours ago and made arrangements to pick up my package because their driver is incompetent he couldn’t give me my package because the driver shoved it down a belt and they will try to deliver again tomorrow, it would be too much for them to grab it off the belt and hand it to me. If I could give a negative start I would. Absolutely no regard for the customer and zero customer service.

09/29/2023--The driver literally pulled up to the front of my building, parked for approximately 10 seconds and the drove off. He didn't even get out of his truck to make an attempt to deliver anything. About 2 minutes later I get a notification of delivery attempt made. This has to be the worst UPS in Florida.The customer service number is useless. "We're sorry for your inconvenience," does nothing to get my parcel delivered when three separate individuals tell you the same thing and I still don't have my parcel. Your Twitter/X support did nothing to help get my parcel delivered.All the driver had to do was "his job," and deliver the parcel. I shouldn't have to call customer support or try to contact someone through social media to get a parcel that was literally in my parking lot, but the driver didn't want to do "his job."09/30/2023--So, again the same thing happened as before. He pulled up, he parked, he waited a few seconds and then he pulled off without delivering anything. And I get a notification of "Final delivery attempted." That driver didn't attempt to deliver anything.Why have a job in delivery if you can't do that competently? Social media is useless in getting things resolved, the UPS website is useless, the customer service number is useless. The CEO of UPS Carol B. Tomé has the audacity to have "Customer first." in her Twitter/X tagline. What a joke.

Change the name back to distribution center. UPS is as useless as always Customer Service has no information, they barely know where their shipments are. "Customer" Center is unwilling to help anybody in any way. This is the reason that all businesses are losing to Amazon.

First of all don’t ever ship from a staples, ups packages enter a different world when it ships from staples. This place is closed from 12-2. So I wait an hour, get in the gate finally there parking is horrible, wait another 30 mins in line because it is packed. Then the lady won’t ship the 5 boxes I take in because they are gun cases(not shipping guns) even though I showed her what was in them, and one still had the label from the last time ups shipped it!! This place is horrible!!

I had stressful day! And I couldn’t wait any longer for a package ?, and I went personally and the manager lady and another gentleman, helped with everything, and everything turned out very well thanks to their assistance ??❤️

Dishonest driver that’s not doing their job and lying about it. This makes the second incident with the same driver. If this driver delivers your package I feel sorry for you. I’m contacting corporate.

Horrible customer service. All the Woman are always mad with attitudes. Incompetent staff and dreadful atmosphere. Rather drive 10miles to go elsewhere, then deal with these miserable people. The black old lady (Connie) with the cheap corn rolls is a hot mess. So much negative energy. Will never visit that place again. 5 thumbs ?????!! Don't walk run away from this God forsaken place.

This seems like a UPS central with one lady at the front desk and 2 others that pop in and out of the visitor area from time to time.The guy behind me was not very nice as he enter the facility. Was awkward to see the exchange between him and the front desk lady.Overall, it is fairly easy to check your order. It seems a bit tense watching how they operate. The package I order initially got loss but when I asked the company to resend it with more specific direction and it arrived.
