Dropped off an Amazon return here. Amazon said drop off would be free with the QR code. Associate made me buy a box. Only UPS store where I’ve ever had to do this. The man in front of me with a mailbox was charged $20 handling fee to pickup a package. Another customer was charged same price to double-side print versus single side print. He protested the fee and refused to pay (and then the associate charged him the corrected amount). NEVER visit this store. It’s a straight racket.

Tried to return Amazon package. Directions said I don't need to package to ship. UPS store telling me i need to buy a box to return. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

The woman that is the owner is very slow, also asks you to help do her job. No thank you afterwards. If you have something to drop off or quick ship go across the street to CVS.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. What a nightmare that just got worse and worse. The woman who I believe is the owner was terribly slow. Over charged. Was talking on the phone while trying to take care of me. It cost over $100 to ship my box! Then told me it would take her 2 days to pack it! I Honestly have zero faith I will ever see this package again mind you what was in it was well over $6000. THEN my fiancé was next in line to ship a few small things out and it got worse. She was still on the phone asking for his Drivers license then asks him to write down his last name on a piece of paper and email because she “can’t read FL driver’s licenses” then says it will cost over $70!!! We turned around and walked out extremely angry about the utter incompetence and waste of time without shipping the 2nd package. This made us late for our daughters Dr appointment as well. This place is a rip off and has horrible customer service. Wasted valuable time and money we will never get back. We will not be returning to this location ever again.

I came into the store today to get 4 forms notarized. There were two customers in front of me being helped by the two employees to send out packages. I have never in my life seen people work as slow as these ladies did. Absolutely zero sense of urgency as the line behind us continued to grow. It took them about 45 minutes to ship out the two packages before they were available to help me. It then took the notary about 20 minutes to print my documents and sign 4 different pages because she kept getting sidetracked with a dozen other things. Overall I was there for an entire hour for a task that should have taken 10 minutes at most. She charged me $40 for the notary service, and I was halfway out the door rushing to get back to work before she shouted at me to come back because she forgot to charge me the $7 printing fee. The ladies working today were incredibly inconsiderate of everybody's time. I've gotten faster service in the Publix sub line... Will not use this location again.

7/11/2023 at 620PM woman/employee working has terrible customer service. Walked in with no line, yet made me wait 10min while she taped up some boxes behind the counter in front of me. Then when I was handing my returns over, one of the items, a couple pairs of slippers, I put into a grocery bag before handing to her. She had to put it in a clear bag before labeling and told me she needs my help getting it into the bag even though it was a small item? If it was big or something I understand but she doesn’t seem to know what’s basic customer service. I stopped coming to this location because they always had long lines and last time the service was slow but todays experience just confirmed lack of training for employees.

I went to this UPS branch at around 6.30pm on June 12th to drop off amazon return products. The attendant who said her name was Fanny was working in the slowest and most careless way I've ever seen. People were waiting in line and the customers started to wait outside because inside of store was full, of people but the attendant didn't care. She was doing her job with extremely slow movements. on the other hand, she was delaying the work even more by having a short chat with the customer. I used to stop by this store before and there was another person and she was doing her job very well. Next time when I need to come to this branch, I will think again in order not to waste time.

One of the 2 worst experiences I have ever had. I waited in line for the clerk to tell me I wasn’t able to send out the package based on Amazon’s label. I got in touch with Amazon through their messenger where they had to walk to clerk how to do itCame back another time and waited over 15 minutes in line watching them make mistakes with other clients and then a gentlemen walked in and said he was in a rush so they had him cut in line. I was also in a rush but guess that didn’t matter. I will not be back.

If you ever need a PO Box, to make an Amazon return, to ship an item to a distant friend or relative, or if you just enjoy efficiency and want to observe someone who is truly great at their job, I highly recommend this UPS location. Please do not be intimidated by the line... I assure you it will move quickly! Regardless of how quickly the line is moving you will receive personalized attention and the highest level of service when it is your turn at the counter. I cannot say enough good things about this location I have even managed to visit twice in one day.

Forgot to print my luggage tags before boarding my cruise and stopped by to print them. The gentleman on staff was incredibly helpful, patient and pleasant. I’m so glad this location was open early as it really eased my stress after my long red eye flight with no sleep. Wish I could give 10 stars!

If slow service was ever a word….30 minute wait because 1 out of the 3 people working here don’t know how to send out a regular mail…..I could’ve went to the ups on las olas and back and still be waiting…EDIT: went one last time and never againI was charged 8 dollars to send out a regular post mailThe ups in las olas is much better than this, better service, friendlier and much less of a hassle. The lady had me pick out a extra envelope when I needed was a stamp. COMPLETE RIP OFFDONOTCOMEHERERUN !!!!!

Somehow they failed to scan my third box and it got lost when shipping it out. I even had to stacked the three boxes myself. When came back to inquire they said it wasn’t their problem and if I was afraid to loose boxes I should’ve paid insurance, worst service ever, I ended up losing a 36lbs $1200 box labeled with tracking # inside this 100 sqf store.

Terrible customer service. The lady that is Notary told us in our face that she was starving and she went to have a break and left us at the desk, later on after she returned she started helping other customers in the line instead of continuing with us. 0 professionalism.
