I have been going to this UPS for quite sometimes now, and each time I leave, I am just so impressed with the way they run their business. They are on TOP of their game! You know it will get done right... It's a busy place and they know how to run their business.

just awful (and i hate writing a bad review)! they have no wifi (they complained they needed a booster)? WAIT.. WHAT??? i have a small business, and no time for this store ever again! "the las olas/hwy1 store was awesome btw" (they totally bailed me out yesterday:)

Time is 8:12 am still no one on site, store is closed, supposed to open at 8am, nobody here or inside yet......amazing.
Got here at 7:50 to drop off a package. This private UPS store is the worst one in the area, not because of this but in general, super slow, and really don't care, time is now 8:17 am......still closed.

Terrible service. I dropped off 7 small 4x6 envelopes to mail out, for which I bought $15 worth of stamps at this UPS store itself before mailing them. I was told to drop them into a huge empty bin, so I did. Three weeks later only one envelope has been delivered to its recipient. I went back to the store to ask if anyone knew what had happened but they told me it could take anywhere from a month or more to deliver or they had been lost. How did only one get delivered but the other 6 get lost if they were all together..? What a waste of my time and money. Not satisfied at all.

Dropped off an Amazon return here. Amazon said drop off would be free with the QR code. Associate made me buy a box. Only UPS store where I’ve ever had to do this. The man in front of me with a mailbox was charged $20 handling fee to pickup a package. Another customer was charged same price to double-side print versus single side print. He protested the fee and refused to pay (and then the associate charged him the corrected amount). NEVER visit this store. It’s a straight racket.

Tried to return Amazon package. Directions said I don't need to package to ship. UPS store telling me i need to buy a box to return. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

The woman that is the owner is very slow, also asks you to help do her job. No thank you afterwards. If you have something to drop off or quick ship go across the street to CVS.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. What a nightmare that just got worse and worse. The woman who I believe is the owner was terribly slow. Over charged. Was talking on the phone while trying to take care of me. It cost over $100 to ship my box! Then told me it would take her 2 days to pack it! I Honestly have zero faith I will ever see this package again mind you what was in it was well over $6000. THEN my fiancé was next in line to ship a few small things out and it got worse. She was still on the phone asking for his Drivers license then asks him to write down his last name on a piece of paper and email because she “can’t read FL driver’s licenses” then says it will cost over $70!!! We turned around and walked out extremely angry about the utter incompetence and waste of time without shipping the 2nd package. This made us late for our daughters Dr appointment as well. This place is a rip off and has horrible customer service. Wasted valuable time and money we will never get back. We will not be returning to this location ever again.

No matter how busy the store is (and it is busy at holiday time), the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. It is a pleasure to do business there.
