I use #0530 ups store every time I’m in Florida! Omg, the best service and nice humans! Fed ex is awful and overpriced. I will only give Ups my money. Customers have a choice. Thank you UPS for caring about us.

The best experience I've had at a shop in a long while. I needed an I-9 verified because of an out of state hiring. Having been to several financial institutes previous to my visit to the UPS Store on Federal and Sunrise, I was expecting very little. To my surprise, Brian the Manager, heard me asking one of his employees for the help I needed. He smiled and explained that he could and would with the proper paperwork and we scheduled a time for the following day. When I arrived the next morning, paperwork in hand, he remembered me and quickly took care of everything in record time. I definitely recommend this UPS store. Ask for Brian by name!

Horrible experience. Don’t like being lied to. Were told they hey take off packing charges. 5.00. Did not do it when we got receipt. Wanted to put in original box but were told because he had put tape on the box from ups that he had to charge us for the box 12.00. Sounded like a scam. I am sure that box could have been reused. Very unaccommodating and not explaining costs well.

Usually a good experience, but they say they're open until 3pm on Sundays and I just went at 2:15 and they were closed / locked up! Another customer left a note on the door before I got there, so I'm not the only one who was inconvenienced. Very frustrating.

I ship tons of stuff out through pack and ship stores all over and at most it's never cost me more than 12$ to do packing through the stores. $8 for a 6 by 6 box is outrageous. This store is an absolute rip. I don't usually leave reviews this bad.

This place is one of those ones where the owner is so disastrous ly greedy that she's going to try to add $5 to print at all. Anything one page or 10 to doesn't matter. You have to pay a $5 flat fee before all of it. Do this town a favor and call this UPS out because none of the other UPS stores do this accept the ones with the greedy greedy owners. And greed like this is what is running our whole country. Hey, people like this are the same people that try to charge poor people extra to get food. The extra surcharge so they have to give their young child one less piece of meat or something, right? Yeah, is it good?

11.29.23 the guy refuses a package to return to Temu alleging silly rules: he said “you need a barcode for every item” , “you need a hard box that fit the two items” (different shape and volume), finally he tried to sell me an empty box at 20 bucks. I left, went to the UPS on US1 in Pompano Beach, they accepted and processed the packages in ten seconds. Why the guy in Fort Lauderdale acted that way? Hard to understand.

Would not recommend. Needed 2 sheets of paper printed. They couldn't print one of them properly after trying for 15 minutes

Called this store last week and said I needed to print label before returning product. I was told no worries we will print at no charge so I arrived and all went smoothly. I just moved to area so ordering a lot of products for home and don't like having to return products. Unfortunately a week later I need to return product and label needed be printed, The Rude Lady charged me $3.52 and I explained I was not charged last week etc. I know policy's change but don't treat your customers like that! She should have explained that could not print for free ahead of time and I could have printed somewhere else and sprung this on me when she already had package. We all know she should have waived fee and let me know I would be charged next time otherwise I could have came back with printed return label. Lady is nasty even the way she says have a nice day with an attitude which will get you 1 star.
