Very knowledgeable and patient staff. Vipul assisted me during my visit and he was very helpful and friendly. Probably one of the best services I’ve gotten in a UPS store. I’m very satisfied.

I have been coming to this store for 3 years and everyone is so nice! I was moving and needed to ship 8 boxes and Vailpur never seen him at this store was so incredible rude and then readjusted the charges without telling me. My boxes should have cost 86.80 and he adjusted to 244 I called UPS to dispute the charges. If Vailpur or Vaipu says next skip him and wait for someone else.

The employees here are phenomenal. Always helpful always attentive. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend. I use this location a lot to return things and I’m very happy with the service.

I have visited lot of UPS Stores in the Broward area for my business needs but the one on Las Olas Blvd is hands down my go to store . The staff is so helpfull and they did a great job printing some last minute flyers I needed. Kudos to the owner/ manager for having such a good team ?

I had $2500 worth of packages (7 packages) stolen from me in Feb 2024 at this store. The store manager denies any wrong doing. The store also has video footage of me being in at the store, but refuse to look at the tape. Owner denies that I ever showed up and claims that the packages were already empty, which are lies. The packages 100% shipped from this store, but of course the owner denies it. I had all 7 customers provide me pictures and messages proving that they received an empty box. When I confronted the UPS Store about this issue, the owner/manager simply gave me the UPS customer service number and told me that that's all he could do. The phone number he gave me was the wrong number that was not related to UPS. The police refuse to do anything because it’s a civil matter. UPS corporate only reimbursed me only $200 and denied any wrongdoing. Avoid doing business here.

The guys are the UPS Las Olas are AMAZING. I will drive further just to go to that one. They are all so nice and extremely helpful which is not a common thing at all UPS stores

This UPS store overall has really bad customer service. I went for shipping services. The UPS representative did not greet me, was smacking the keyboard and other desk accessories and clearly was not in the best mood. Someone that works in customer service should be friendly and confirm and or let you know each step of the process while making you feel welcomed. This is not the first time I encountered poor service at this location.

Awful customer service. I was at the door at 3:50pm on Saturday. The rep locked the door in front of me and said “I’m done for the day” even though the sign said they close at 4pm. The place wasn’t busy and they would not let me in even while they were still other customers inside. If I could leave less than one star I would.
