Appt for 2 mani pedis. I wanted polish, my grandson wanted no polish but buff. They put him in a chair and no one started his pedi until I was finished & asked when he would be done. Once done they wanted to charge an upcharge to buff! The man taking care of me actually laughed at the situation, saying it’s more work, I responded it’s no product .

Kat is very very good in making sure my nails are perfect!
Cleanliness: Very clean. I am always watchful especially for pedicure.

Now that I have found Ultimate Nail Spa, I wont go anywhere else. Kim does a beautiful job every time! ? everything is priced reasonably too!

I was looking for a nail salon near my job that could do a specific nail design as my regular nail salon could not meet my expectation. I googled and found this nail salon. After reading the reviews I called and booked an appointment with Kat. Albeit she could not reproduce the design I wanted, she was honest about her in capability to create look but said that she would try. I didn’t get the look I wanted but I am happy with the end results. I greatly appreciated the effort. I will return.

Tang is incredible! I had one of the best pedicures ever.. I almost fell asleep too & it was late on a Sunday evening yet he treated me like I was his first customer of the day. I stumbled on this place as a local bc I frequent Remedy IV Monthly few doors down & broke a nail. This has to be one of the cleanest nail salons in all of Ftl!!!! So excited to get my nails done now which is weird to say bc that's never the case. There was another woman that was great next to Tang but she doesn't say much so I don't know her name.

I made an appointment over 2 weeks with a specific person. I was told to wait. While the person I made the appointment with started a new customer. Terrible service. Never coming back. I was not treated as a priority as I booked my appointment 2 weeks ago.

Affordable special $50 price for a quick spruce up of my mani/pedi visiting Ft.Lauderdale! Massage chairs melted my tension.

the atmosphere and customer service is great! i had excitement going in because of the reviews i read. but the nails i walked out with feel rushed and lacked attention to detail. they’re bulky and uneven. really upsetting because this is my first time treating myself in a very long time…although the pricing was phenomenal it doesn’t feel worth the money.

Overcharged me for my nails and then 2 days later it brakes. The man yanked my nails and was complaining the entire time. I had a horrible experience

Kat is the best part about this salon! She is always so friendly and accommodating to everyone who calls or comes in while she is working. She is truly passionate about her job and creates beautiful art on your nails. I’ve never felt rushed, and always am relaxed when I come here. Every time I leave, I get compliments from friends and strangers with how much they love my nails. Thank you Kat for everything you do here!!
