I was just in this store and the manager and his team were amazing. I really appreciated that the manager stood up for his employees when a guest was being rude. It filled me with joy. Thank you!!!

The man that works early in the morning is a mean/nasty guy! I don't know what he be having against women but he talk to the women rude, the gentleman that works at night on Saturday is so nice/polite! That guy on Saturday morning is rude he's there doing openings but the other guy doing closing is so nice

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Support good businesses, not this one!! THERE ARE A DOZEN OTHER STORES WITHIN 2 MILES! Absolutely awful customer service. I spent over 400 dollars here and asked to use the restroom and they were beyond rude to me when I asked and proceeded to refuse me service to their restroom. Imagine having a patron that has returned over a dozen times to support a local business and then is treated like this. What a disgusting business!

I would go out of my way rather than deal with these Guys. They have a large selection it is nice to go in there. But the staff is very argumentative. Today I go in there and I show them my ID and the ladies like it's his birthday today.... But the id is sideways so that means 21.. almost 30 but cool check it.. cashier says nope that doesn't mean it's legit... Neither does looking at the actual birth year which is what they were doing.... actuality scanning them will tell you if the id is legit, these guys are so quick to being arrogant and snide. Another time I was looking for Guinness.. The cashier was so adamant that they only made one style of Guinness when an actuality they make 4 different styles. Can't stand this generation of argumentative people . Last time I'll go in this place.

My husband ordered an anniversary wine set from them. Not only did it arrive a month late and overly hot it was entirely the wrong order. The wine we were sent was cheap and not what we ordered. To add to the complete unsatisfactory experience the communication was horrible. Not only did they not respond to call or emails in any timely fashion. I'm talking weeks in no word. When we finely got them to answer the email weeks after the order was placed they gave us no shipping update and continued to be utterly unhelpful. Do not order for here. The clear lack of professionalism and out right willingness to steal from their customers is ridiculous.

Get all your generator supplies there. Best keg selection in the area and will order a brand for you. They also give a welcome gift for 1st time customers!
