I woke up and my contacts stuck in had fallen out of my eye. I called the vision center and was immediately answered by Elizabeth. She got me a same day appointment with the WONDERFUL Dr. Lulu Massri! She and her team of Miss Elizabeth & Miss Wednesday were the most efficient and professionals I have had in a very long time . Trust they you will absolutely be taken care of ! From the Customer service , to the scheduling , check in , exam , and check out and paying . It was quick , easy and problem free! Highly! recommend! They were wonderful!

Nothing like the Walmart experience lol, it doesn’t even look like it’s inside Walmart. Very demure and immaculate. They were very pleasant and professional. Very happy atmosphere.. I will be visiting again

2nd visit. They treated me like royalty. Dr. Is the best. Her assistants were delightful. And they gave me a candy cane. 🍬
After the exam I went to the showroom picked out frames etc. Manager Lynda was a great help in choosing. Very personable and professional. While she did that Roodline fixed a pair that I had damaged. I am so grateful. Thank you 😊.
