This woman cussed at me because I didn’t hear her speak . While I was standing at the register with my 10 yr old daughter. She was across the room putting up Lays potato chips. Rather than coming to greet me like professional employee would. I was called a “Annoying a$$ Customer” twice by this woman . Extremely disrespectful & unprofessional. She needs to know where her paycheck comes from.

Hudson News is usually my go to for airport gift shops and snacks spot. We got breakfast and coffee at Sergio's and Intercoastal News was located across from Sergio's so we checked it out.You will find Intercoastal News at Terminal 1 after passing through security. They have the usual snacks, food, drinks, books, newspapers, candy, neck pillows, and then some. You'll pay an arm and a leg for anything at the airport. Everything is expensive at these spots. Hence convenience stores and gift shops. It's a super clean spot and customer service is good.

This place must keep changing its name. My receipt says Paradies Lagardere… even though there was no name on the store, only a bunch of Trip Advisor logos. I actually thought it was a TripAdvisor store. Much like its deceptive branding though, were its deceptive pricing and interesting cashier (#531820).I was just in the FLL airport and I tried buying a charger for my iPhone. After the price rang up almost 20% higher than the listed price tag, I asked how much the tax was I was being charged.Instead of answering, the cashier says something like “oh, the pricing listed for all the iPhone chargers isn’t correct.” When I asked for a refund she said it’s too late, my card was already inserted and they don’t do ‘charge backs’.After I pointed out that it’s odd she knows the price is wrong but doesn’t update it or say anything, she goes on to process the refund for me. She also made a point to tell me twice that I’m “not going to find an iPhone charger cheaper than $50 in the airport.” Such a bizarre experience. Only sharing this in hope that management 1) fixes their deceptive pricing and 2) coaches the cashier

Horrible service inside the airport!! Cashier was more worried about finding her personal cell phone leaving a line of customers waiting to check out.

Okay place to pick up some snacks, if you weren't prepared with some beforehand. Kind of pricey just like the whole airport.
