My favorite nail shop. My feet are very difficult but my nail tech always make sure they look perfect. I love how many colors and options. My favorite are the cat eye colors and the sparkly or glittery options. I like the ombre or seasonal special designs. The shop is very clean. They have SNS, dip, gel mani, builder gel, Gel X, and acrylic

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect displayed by managment at this nail place. It is evident that the owners do not prioritize creating a positive work environment, as the employees are treated with disrespect. This negligence is reflected in the poor service provided to customers. It is disheartening to see such disregard for the well-being of staff members and the overall quality of service. I would not recommend this nail place to anyone looking for a pleasant and professional experience.

My partner and I went for a mani/pedi. The customer service was good. They made sure to have casual conversation here and there to make us more relaxed, but they're horrible at nails! My nails aren't even a week old and they're already chipping. Plus the paint job on them was elementary. I had polish all on the front of my fingers and she didn't fill the nail all the way so I need another appointment already. Also, for how much they're charging they need a more range of colors and styles. They are way too expensive to be so careless.

?I do not recommend visiting such an unprofessional place with disgusting service! ?
Today my mom made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. For the first time in my life I was so disappointed: unprofessional and disgusting careless work. 1) paint runs on the cuticle. 2) uneven coating as if the employee was painting his nails for the first time ?. 3) lack of basic knowledge of how to cover it! 4) and at the moment when she cut the cuticle on my mother’s finger, the employee said in a rude manner that there was blood. I didn’t go, it means everything is fine. and poured alcohol into the wound. 5) the employee took out a dirty foot grater from the cabinet and then put the work away without disinfecting it in the same cabinet.
I am sincerely disappointed in such disgusting attitude towards visitors and unprofessional work.

Toi is the best salon I have ever been to and I keep coming back! The booking system online is so easy and the spa itself is very clean and professional. Keep in mind youre tipping after the service through venmo or cash app and its not part of your service charge though :)

I have been a regular customer at Toi Spa for years. Today, the owners, David and his wife tried to gaslight my 83 year old mother into thinking that she showed up for an appointment with the wrong technician. When she told them that I had made the proper appointment, they were both confrontational and disrespectful, raising their voice at her and insinuating that she was somehow confused or mistaken. They seem to wait until one shows up and then switch you with someone else at their convenience.
Needless to say, my mother was very upset, which infuriated me to the point of deciding NEVER to go back there and writing this scathing review. Business owners should know better than to play these games with their customers. To sum it up, most of their staff are great, the business owners are not. You decide whether or not you want to support them...your mother could be next.

This spa was highly recommended by a friend and it is superior to any other nail spa in the area. So professional, excellent customer service, very clean, calm ambiance and, my tech - Yeni - did an amazing job. Best gel nail manicure I ever had. Definitely recommend!!!

I was really happy with the quality of the service I received here. I'm from out of town and needed a mani/pedi really badly. Yliay did a phenomenal job and made sure to take extra care of my cuticles and callouses. All around great experience here! And it's very clean here and staff is very friendly.

Overpriced like crazy!! The most I’ve paid for a gel mani - $50!! Huh?? And super rude - the manager David was disgusting to me because I expressed concerns, he literally humiliated me and ‘shooed’ me out of the salon and told me not to come back? Ew, so rude. There’s enough places to find around here!
Also, isn't it interesting that the review before me posted an image showing the wax lady scarred the customer's eyebrow which is super concerning but i don't see any response from Toi Spa addressing the customers major concern, yet they've responded with an essay to my simple review... Wow, says a lot about the management behind this place that their pride and ego goes so far that they write an essay for my simple review rather than for real concerns like scarring from wax. They'll probably address that review after they see my response here lol...
More so, isn't it funny that when a customer writes a poor review they of course have no intention to return to that merchant yet this spot wrote in their reply to me that they are banning me - again shows the level of pride and ego this place has that they're publicly banning me lol, yes because i truly planned to return to your horrible place that humiliated me. Oh my, so sad
