I seem to always find a thing or three that I cannot live without when I shop at TJMaxx; and at a great price too!!! The Coral Ridge Mall location is the location for this review.
Yesterday, I was specifically shopping for a pair of silver hoop earrings. Gloria was working in the jewelry department and she was absolutely wonderful! I chose several pairs to try on. She was attentive and communicative; patient and kind. EXACTLY the kind of customer service that will bring me back again!! Thanks so much Gloria!!

Don't usually write a review for a small purchase but this place has terribly slow customer service with long queues extending across the store at all times with waiting times at 20 mins. No signs of management despite people asking. I'd recommend going to a different store.

The Fort Lauderdale tjmaxx in coral ridge is a great place to shop. Gloria really went above and beyond helping me with my purchase. She was so friendly and kind and patient! It was an absolute pleasure shopping there 2 weeks or so ago I was there. The store is always neat and clean and the employees are always very helpful and courteous! I will definitely continue shopping at this location ! The selection is great and prices are as wonderful as the employees! The line usually is long but they really work hard in moving it fast !

This store is perfectly located in a small mall with Target, Gamestop, Marshalls, Homegoods, Ross and more. This TJmaxx is clean, plenty of staff (though the actual customer service is lacking)
I went into this location today and had the most bizarre interaction with the LP. There is a short heavyset one that has always taken their job a little too seriously and an older lady that always seemed a bit off, but friendly. We've said hello and politely had conversations over the years. Today I noticed she was dressed in all black with a military style vest with pockets all over(you know the type). Well I said hello, as I had many times before. She said "Hello Sir" in a rough time and when I said I hope she was having a good day, she reported with "Was there something I could help you with" in an off put tone. I asked if she remembered me, because I come in all the time and that wasn't how she normally spoke and asked her if with the new uniform she changed positions. She then went on a whole thing about her many positions in the company and again asked what I needed in a tone I found bizarre, given previous interactions. All that I can get over. My real issue is that after I walked around the store, as I was leaving her and the short cross-eyed security were talking rather loudly about and how they weren't there to have conversations. Neither am I. Been shopping there for years. I don't normally say more than a friendly hello. You two seemed fine having a conversation about a customer on the sales floor where anyone, including the customer could hear. You want me to come in and get my stuff and go, fine. Unless I see something amazing, I'll just buy it from another location.
