The workers appeared to be inefficient. I waited for three hours for a valve stem replacement, despite being second in line. I observed other vehicles receiving service ahead of me. Even after I told them, they tried to drive my van to back on a flat tire. Had to stop the tech and have then fill it with some air. How do they not know it is bad to drive on a flat.

Yesterday at 5:00 pm I got a nail in my front tire and I went to Tire Kingdom and they did not help me, they told me that the tire was not good and that I had to buy a new tire, my vehicle is a 2024 traverse, how can they say that it is not good if it is new, I said that it could not be solved with a patch or a plug to continue on the road and they did not want to, they only wanted to sell to me and they do not repair tires, it is something incredible when I heard that they do not repair tires, that what they do is sell tires, I decided to change the tire myself and put in the spare tire and I went to another shop and they put a plug in the tire and they solved it for me, I will never return to any Tire Kingdom bad service, they do not help, what they do is sell you the new tire.

I've always had great service when I come to this store! Brandon and Devin with both especially helpful this past week when I found myself with a flat tire the night before we were supposed to be on Hurricane watch. (Sorry if I spelled your names wrong!) I really appreciated them taking the extra time to make sure I could get things taken care of and get home safely. Definitely recommend going there if your car is ever in need of repair!
