On Friday, June 3rd at 5:37 pm I saw a cute shirt in the window of this store. I walked in and started to look around, I was told by the salesgirl that they were closing in few minutes. I walked around for a minute and asked her if I could try on the shirt. She replied come back tomorrow. She then told a gentleman she was closing he needed to leave the store. Since I was leaving the next day I slipped the t shirt over my dress and then asked if I could by it. She once again said they were closing but reluctantly rang me up. This according to my receipt was 5:41 pm. I asked her when they closed and she said 5:40. The hours state they are open until 6:00 pm. She was rude and clearly exhibited no customer service skills. She stated she wanted to get out of there. I’m sure there are other people that would love this job.

Horrible experience of the Rude attitude of the cashier i ask her about the fitting room ad she replied rudeness ever. I'm not happy and I put all the cloth I like. ? she is not fit on her job at all

The Q shop has incredibly friendly staff, unique clothing that is perfect for a day at the beach/pool or even a night out. They carry everything essential you might have forgotten to pack i.e. toothbrush, deodorant, pain relief and more! Beautiful shop with beautiful goods to take home for a memorable vacation!

Every time I come down to Fort Lauderdale I make it a point to stop at this shop. We don't even stay at the Hilton. We typically vacation at the Conrad, but I look forward to what amazing pieces the buyer at Q Shop Hilton has supplied. I wish the Conrad had this boutique too. In any event, thank you for carrying these amazing pieces.

Basically it's an overpriced Hilton gift shop with the bare essentials to keep you going in a resort; suntan lotion, cigarettes, and shades. Friendly staff, but the pricing is crazy, as is to be expected in such a property.
