I will have to agree with Ann VL. I needed to forward my mail, the first piece of mail to been received was lost. I try to talk with Zack and he always blows you off and doesn’t listen to what you have to say, will talk over you and honestly just rude. I just got off the phone with this place and I had to ask him to let me finish speaking. I have been hesitant to renew my mailbox. I will be disputing my billing with Amex. The mail has been lost with sensitive information and they do not care. I wish I got the same service as I’m reading these other reviews because I am very confused.UPDATE: Responding to owners response- they have now took the initiative to cancel both my mailboxes due to my review. They cancelled my box through a 3rd party and have cancelled my other one directly through them when I said I would be there today to pay and they said today would be would the last day to come in.Please tell me how this is professional? I even told Zach not to cancel my mailboxes and I mentioned that from prior reviews but he has took it upon himself to do it anyways and now I must re-forward my mail, again. This is very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I don't recommend Mailbox Rentals Las Olas. They opened and scanned a huge piece of mail without confirming that I wanted it. Cost me $100 and they wouldn’t refund it. Had to cancel and dispute with my credit card company

Outrageous!! Daylight Robbery!!! What a rip off! My British friend, who's new to the US so doesn't know how things work over here ie the difference between between going to a USPS and a package store and told the staff here that, went here to mail me a package. She mailed me a small USPS flat rate box which should have been $10.20 plus a little extra insurance (about $5 extra) she was charged $32.75!!! That's a charge of $17.25 for the employee of "The Mailbag" to take her info, print an address label and stick it to a USPS small flat rate box! You should be ashamed of yourself The Mailbag ", I understand business is business but have some morals, be honest and respectful and try full disclosure.

Don't fall for the good reviews. Dave, the owner, wrote them all. He's a scammer. Not only he's rude and unprofessional but this guy opens your mails and then loses them. He collects all your personal information. He should be in prison.

Excellent service, great owner and staff I can’t say enough about this place. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to pack or ship with. They find the best prices and pack meticulously from a paddle board to a large taxidermy of a fox! Love your place,Dave!

The mail operator Zack will be doing mistakes with your mail request all the time. And when you try to talk, he will be rude to you like it’s his own business, then he hung up on you, and close your account.DO NOT USE Anytime mailbox!

I have had a mailbox with Dave for 5+ years. He has a good group of employees who give personal attention to their clients.He has been very helpful when I am out of town and need a little help in my absence.

Rude. Not friendly and does not listen to request or concerns if your in customer service you should try better to be happy. Give people a reason to keep coming back to give you business
