I was driving down the street looking for somewhere to buy an envelope and send out, found The Mail Center and they helped me out and made sure I got my envelope stamped and ready to Mail. Very good services and service.

I don't know what is going on. Hours show till 5:30pm, but keep coming by shortly after 5pm and it is closed. Very frustrating.

Super Friendly Staff but they NEVER let you know that you have packages. Every other private mailbox center will put a notice in your PO Box / or an Email to let you know that a package has arrived. Sure if I've ordered something for Amazon it's easy for me to know there's something there. But when I'm constantly sent packages from outside sources. I go check the PO Box nothing is there. Then I have to go find the tracking number, travel back to the mail center and ask for my packages. Client sent a unexpected Christmas gift I checked the PO Box before and after Christmas. Then January 5 because my client didn't get an acknowledgment of a gift. Client asked me did you get our gift? Nope!! So they sent the tracking number!! It had been there 10 days! No notice given! I've asked very nicely 3 times to put a note in my box or email me .... Nope!

Horrible customer service... The owner Joe is a total a****** and before he came to work in the store it was great! Now it's unorganized and terrible customer service. I'm over it and over his racist attitude, words and manners. I've been with the mailbox center over 3 years... I will be canceling and finding another mailbox!

Since new ownership this place went down hill. The new owners are disorganized and the place is cluttered..Ive had packages delivered that they've lost because of there disorder. I've had a mail box at this location for yearsf. The old staff and owners were wonderful and I never questioned if I was getting my mail. Now I may have to find a new location and address because of my missing mail.
