Dump hotel in a great location. They add “resort and parking fees” to drive up the advertised price, while not offering even the bare minimum in amenities. If you have any billing issues, they WILL NOT reply to calls, messages, or emails to resolve issues. Beware !!!Rooms: Smells of mold and mildew. Rusted old fixtures, stained filthy curtains, no toilet pape.

DON’T DO IT, RUN!! The staff was nice and helpful but that’s the only good thing about it. The smell of the rooms is DISGUSTING, we couldn’t stand it and had to leave after 15 minutes. Gladly paid $350 to stay at the Courtyard Marriott instead.

I wont give it 0 stars because it doesn't allow me. We reserved our rooms *several* days prior but after arriving there was no one to be seen. After 35 mins, a lady showed up and told us there was no wifi available so she couldnt check us in. we tried contacting the manager for help and she said there was no one. She was of no help. We asked if we could share our hotspot so she could connect with the computer but she said it only works with an ethernet cable. ??Should've known this place was going to be horrible the moment we tried calling several days prior (and the day we arrived), no one picked up. Ever.The carpets and stairs look dirty, as well as the couches in the lobby- they reeked.There was no soap in the bathroom, don't know what that needle looking thing was.Sometimes we would ask for help and the desk lady would ignore us. It feels like she didn't even try to get us help. She would walk out for long periods of time and leave the place unchecked. Saw a guy who wanted to check out but she wasn't there to help him out.0/100 Horrible experience.Also a guy showed up at like 3AM yelling and throwing stuff around. The police came

The worst. Don’t go! They have a lot of Restauration to do. There’s mold and dirt and rust. Even the floors are not cleaned in the hotel, cigarettes lying around. I checked two rooms as I was wondering maybe I had only bad luck with one room. Nope. I left again right after check in. The gym also is not clean at all and not well equipped and definitely nothing you would use. After all that I didn’t want to even think about the pool.It is a shame to even ask for such high rates on a room. But definitely a no go and far too unhealthy to stay in a room where you can even smell the mold. Pictures attached.Still have to mention: the absolutely nicest guy working at the reception that time.

This hotel charges extra fees for parking and amenities that are not disclosed online. When I arrived the clerk told me about the fees and I gave her my credit card. I added that I would dispute the charges later. Sabrina the clerk, then handed me back my card and canceled my reservation. I had cancer treatment the following morning and was left without a room. She took a call from. Aadvantage who told her it was improper to cancel the reservation, but it didn’t matter. I was left out in the cold to find another hotel. STAY AWAY

Room 127 has black mold on ceiling in a large spot in bathroom. The bath tub is in bad shape. Paint is peeling off walls. Smell is horrible. Lighting fixtures are rusted, old and dim. Wifi is shoddy. They charged $79 in excess of room rate for accommodations, wifi and parking. Therefore wifi is NOT free. There are vagrants lounging in parking lot. NOT a safe area!! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No receipt given due to no ink in printer and she couldn't email it!!Rooms: Smells bad ? low lighting, bad wifi signal. Tub is in bad shape.Safety: I do not feel safe here.Noteworthy details: NOT worth the price! Should be refundable!! Extra charges should be on Expedia!!!

Although front desk staff was friendly, everything else was terrible. We booked for two nights and only lasted for hours. We scrambled to find a new hotel to take us in last minute at 2AM…it’s THAT bad. There’s clearly a moisture issue. Not only did we feel it instantly but you can smell the mold.I strongly believe this hotel needs to be inspected by the health department. This is not safe for children.Noteworthy details: Pose threat to health.

This Hotel looks Fine on Outside ,except for pool. Inside , MY INDIVIDUAL ROOM was ,light fixtures out, plaster peeling in tub, closet rails corrosion and floor , and the WORST part, Mold stains on ceiling. I suggested to them ,to shut that room down. ? They are selling this Property, so no money will be invested in repairs. A Great HOTEL in that AREA , would be AWESOME ? ? ?

I agree with others. This was a terrible hotel. I understand that this hotel is under renovations, but don't have your guests pay for it while they stay under these conditions. Charging an amenities fee for amenities that don't exist, breakfast that doesn't exist on top of the $120+ charge for the room is criminal.I wish I could post pictures of the rusty fixtures and peeling paint and mildewed ceiling in the bathroom so people could see this disaster of a room.This place should be closed down as unfit for human habitation.

No complimentary breakfast, no services at all. I've been freezing and I've had to buy my own toilet paper etc. Housekeeping is extremely rude but every time I go to the front desk, the people are patient and helpful. All in all, I'm glad I have a place to stay with the crazy weather like this and my vehicle down but definitely over charged.

Front desk very cold person . no compassion. Rooms has plenty of defects: bathrooms shower has a leak can’t sleep because of leak, bedroom smells, the sitting couch has stained all over it I had to cover with my blanket, light doesn’t work. Front door broken big cracks on the door a mice can get in. Location is ghetto ??♀️ everything in the room is old . And they stated on website free breakfast when I checked in they said they discontinued breakfast. False advertisement. .

I should have read reviews before booking. STAY AWAY !!! It was no cancellation deal, therefore we could not cancel it and go elsewhere with our luggage. Checkin was ok, for some reason they take security deposit and maintenance fee on top of reservation. The room.... furniture rusty and dirty, restroom has no toilet paper and one bath towel with human hair all over it and 2 very small hand towels, TV has crack in the middle of the screen, AC works but makes enormous amount of noise, therefore, we shut it down for night and once it got hot we turn it on, than waited until room cools down and shut it down. NOW... the people that live there.... our Uber driver warned us on the way. People wandering around yelling/drinking/smocking you name it, feels unsafe and annoying. Pool was algae green and dirty + no towels. In conclusion, if you can, stay away.Noteworthy details: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Do not stay here. Worst hotel I have been in. Its filthy and has not been taken care of. No maintenance. Elevator looks like it will fail any minute. Bathtub is chipping away and should have been replaced a long time ago. I can not bathe my 1 yr old here. He will literally peel pieces of paint off and try to eat it. Not safe. Rust everywhere. Floors filthy. I wiped them down with a towel and cleaning spray. Towel is black. No breakfast. No pool (green) and I know its December right now but its 85 outside. Pool should be available. Only 2 towels in the room. I had to ask for more up front. Dirty vents and broken furnishings. They charged hotel "fees"about $50 for 3 nights plus daily parking fee.Terrible .This place should be shut down.

Why do the charge services charge? There is no service. No housekeeping, no TP, floor are dirty, water running.I am sure 50 years ago it was a great place but now is a homeless voucher hotel, resident eve cook in there room which is a fire hazard.

Choose a different hotel. No hot water. Filthy room and floors. Creepy clientele. Promised a 50% refund but did not deliver. A really bad experience.
