I am beyond grateful for The French Touch as I brought over a pair of jeans less than 24 hours ago to be shortened that I needed rushed for vacation and they were picked up this morning, exactly how I wanted them. I will be using this place as my go-to for all my tailoring needs for the foreseeable future! Thank you French Touch!!

When I first went in to drop off my dress for alterations, I was greeted by a lovely seamstress who clearly knew what she was doing. I came back a week later to pick up the dress and yes the alterations were to my liking. However, the dress had a new black mark at the chest area that wasn’t there before. They tried to convince me that it was. After some back and forth they agreed they would send it off to be dry cleaned. I went back a week later to pick up the dress and not only was the black mark still on the dress it was visibly not dry cleaned because it was very wrinkled and even pilling now. Not a great experience at all. I’m going to try to wash the mark out myself.

The new ownership with their prices are ridiculously outrageous! $138 to hem 2 pieces of clothes which are casual wear. You have to pay upfront for service, beware just in case they try to pull a fast one and not refund your money for any mishaps.

New Owners Alert…
And not the good kind of new owners. They do and will try to pull a fast one. I recently dropped an item there for a zipper replacement, paid, received the item and the zipper was not replaced.
1️⃣Did they tell me this during pick up? No.
2️⃣Did they still charge me for the zipper replacement even though the zipper was not replaced? Yes
3️⃣Is that type of activity considered dishonest? Yes
4️⃣Did the seamstress ask have a second chance to replace the zipper? Yes
5️⃣Did I decline? Yes. Why would I trust them again? Fortunately you only have to fool me one time.
I’m not going back.

Not sure what happen with that one star review, but I am new to the area and needed a gown tailored for a black tie event. The two sisters who own and run the business were sweet as can be, professional amd did an amazing altercation job fir my gown. I will bring all of my tailor needs to them fr this pony on. I give them a 10 out of 10!
