She help me to find house in Fl when I was physically in Utah. I’ve been looking for houses over a few weeks and had 3 realtors before Tehl all of them just sent me all bunch of houses posted online! No one’s really listening to me or care. Yes it was specific zip code I want it and I was in a budget and have to be small HOA. Thank God I found Tehl! She was really good to always respond and listen to me. She show me this house on a face time spent lots of time to communicate back and forward and she helped me every step for this deal. I’ve never purchased house in FL so everything was new for me. I am very happy w my house now and very grateful for her work. I’ll definitely recommend her anyone in a future. She was really professional and helpful for me. My situation was different I was leaving in Utah when I was looking houses in FL. Had a 3 realtors before her and to be honest no one’s really care all they did just forward to me all houses didn’t even meet my expectations. Tehl was really quick and professional she show me house over a video and explain everything. Guess what? I bought a house online just saw my house on a closing date and I was really happy w my purchase! I’ll definitely will recommend her in a future. Thank you very much I love my new house.

Tehl is amazing to work with. I have to give her extra credit to say that the real estate market in south Florida is extremely busy right now and I still never felt that I wasn’t important and that I was being ignored. This was a unique and challenging transaction with the sellers as well as the listing broker and she sailed through it like a champion. I strongly recommend her and will use her in future real estate transactions. She is what I would call a full service professional.

Tehl was absolutely wonderful to work with. We honestly could not have asked for a better real estate agent. This was our first home purchase and she did a great job of explaining everything and giving us excellent advice every step of the way. She is extremely organized and detail oriented so she makes sure nothing gets missed. She kept us in the loop on everything without prompting and went above and beyond what I expected. She is incredibly hard working and responds day or night, weekdays and weekends which we really appreciated. I would hire her again in a heartbeat for our next home purchase in the future.

I can't say enough about Tehl...she is just an absolutely the best agent I ever worked with and she delivers!! An outstanding professional who understands your needs and work to make it happen. I could not have bought the home without her diligence, support and trust. I was always informed and in communication during the home buying process and when it finally came to close I knew exactly what to expect. Because of the pandemic and being 1500 miles away most of the viewing was done remotely until the final 3 weeks of closing at which time I was physically able to view it first hand and it was everything I expected. I highly recommend Tehl for anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. She has been a pleasure to work with. She has always been very efficient, understanding, patient and professional. A New Friend!Searching for a new home or condo can be a very exciting but a stressful experience for many. However, from the first point of interaction our Buyer's Agent, Tehl Sherman, made our search an absolute pleasure. She responded to an initial late night online request for condo showing for the next day weekend morning. She was super responsive and always made herself available to answer questions day or night. She was personable and took the time to ensure we achieved our goal in each showing and guided us in our decision making along the way. She was patient with us and took our lead on the pace of our search based on our availability and the status and sales activity with our current home. She even offered objective advise with the sale of our existing home and a was a great sounding board for us through the entire experience. On the day of closing, Tehl was by our side working shoulder to shoulder through some last minute lender paperwork requests that delayed our closing several hours. She jumped right in and made numerous calls on our behalf to expedite some insurance paperwork that the lender should have requested well in advance of the day of closing to ensure we were able to close and receive the keys to our new condo on the day of closing. Tehl's personalized gift basket after closing made for a warm welcoming gift as we celebrated our first evening in our new condo. We feel like we met more than a Buyer Agent but rather a person we would now call a Friend.
