I came to this establishment a day ago to get an alignment that I have paid for on groupon, now my mistake was mentioning that I paid for it on groupon because they didn't put in the work appropriately due to the discount. Also as I was outside watching them quote on quote perform my alignment the guy attempted to shut the door stating that it was because of the sun and all of the sudden the unprofessional lady "Maria" came outside to get me and stated that I had to do paperwork. Now the reason I call Maria unprofessional is because I did call up to the establishment to explain to them what went on and she just attempted to argue with me instead of listen. I don't believe this establishment actually did my alignment because they told me that it was bad parts on my suspension but when I went to my mechanic to further diagnose the issue it just happened to be that the front tire needed to be changed which was why my car was pulling. I wouldn't go to this establishment, STAY AWAY, go to Firestone down the street!

Great place for service. I came last minute before closing like a real jerk, but they were more than happy to assist me. They informed me of my car's issues & gave me estimates on repairs. Very professional shop. Thanks guys!

Decided to give this place a try, and I'm glad I did. Maria was very understanding and accommodating, and I was able to get everything taken care of. I observed the mechanic take my tires off to do a free rotation with my oil change, and he noticed a bolt was stripped. He let me know immediately and showed me that a different size lug was used from a prior mechanic. I appreciated that. Overall, it was a good experience.
