This place is horrible. Service sucks. Totally un-helpful and the manager was rude. Customer service is non existent. Avoid this place there’s a lot better places.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Don’t stop here very dirty and unprofessional. The manager was very rude and unhelpful. I can’t believe that they are allowed to sell products that are this dusty and dirty and shirts that will fade away with one wash. DONT STOP HERE!!!!

Probably the worst surf style ive been too, the manager refused to help me and my family as we tried to shop for items for their vacation. Dont bother stopping in.

The store wasn't bad, really cute items. However, tonight at the end of the night there were 3 employees up front at the register. The gentleman was working and checking out customers politely. The other two females were standing there talking and rubbing lotion on themselves talking about how ashy they were. As the line grew. Then they disappeared to leave the one cashier to checkout everyone himself. I feel bad for that guy that was pleasantly taking care of the customers doing his job.

Great surf shop. I appreciated that they have a lot of quality name brand options unlike the typical beach shops that are filled with cheap shirts you will forget about. Prices are not great but I suppose you are paying for location and convenience.
There are a lot of souvenir options for the littles if you are looking to bring something back home.

Allowing a homeless man to lie down and sleep in his own urine - right in front of your store - is disgusting and shameful.

Date of visit: January 12, 2024 Of all of the souvenir shops that we encountered during our stroll along A1A, this was one of the better ones in terms of having some things that were actually in our price range. It was a bit hit-or-miss in terms of selection and value, so definitely look closely at what you're getting before you pull the trigger as some of the items are a decent price and others are much higher, likely on purpose to draw you in! Staff was pretty much nonexistent despite spending a fair amount of time in the store looking over mugs, men's clothing, souvenirs, and kid's t-shirts. Everything did ring up at the correct price, too.
