I used to always visit this store a few years back. Due to me moving further away and finding other meat spots I no longer had a need for this store. Me and my mom was out and about and we came back upon this store and decided to stop and pick up some meat. Just before we entered the door I saw a man standing by the door with a huge smile. Not sure what he was smiling about. When o reached the meat counter I saw the same man behind the counter. He asked who was next and it was me and my mom. We asked for a few varieties of meat and of course my mom wanted her own bag of meat as well as myself. As we watched the man grabbing and packing our meat we noticed he was not wearing any type of gloves. He was using his bare hands. Then he seamed as if he had an attitude when we both wanted our own bags of meat instead of everything in one bag. Needless to say we will not be returning to this store.

I would have given them a NO stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. Went in yesterday to purchase some conch, with the price being at $20 per pound I was find with that. I asked the butcher if I can get 5lbs of conch. At first he didn’t hear me, so I repeated myself and he still didn’t hear me. Come to find out the whole time I was talking he had his headphones in his ear. I walked out of the store because that was TERRIBLE customer service. The meat department was empty and there was no reason to have received such a POOR service.

Their variety of spices is extensive. A lot of South Florida ethnic foods too. Candies as you get close to the register tend to be pricey, but that's typical in Florida.
