Horrible customer service, not reliable.. had a 10am appointment they reschedule to 2pm. 2:30pm they ask me to confirm pick up location… come 4pm I received a message saying they have to cancel and they are going to refund deposit. No one answers the text nor the phone anymore… now costing me additional expenses…

I am very pleased with our move. We had a quote from another moving company that more than doubled their price so, a friend found this company on Angie's list.My friend handled all of the set up and scheduling and had great discernment so, I knew we would be in great hands.Moving day came, Jose and another gentlemen called me when they weee on their way. They called me when they got into my apartment to give me a start time, when I got their, they were already hustling and they were serious about being careful as well as being effective. They had careful respect for our property and time. Our new location is the 3rd floor and no elevator. WOW! They are strong and AGAIN, careful with our belongings. They had a small issue as my couch is long. They set it to the side to strategize. All the while they strategized, they continued to work hard to get the rest done. Not only did they complete the work just a TINY bit outside of our window, they got the couch in DAMAGE FREE! Moving can be stressful. I am grateful to this team and company. It was definitely a collaboration and I believe that this move was covered in love and kindness. Thank you for your awesome job!

DO NOT USE! Won’t return my own property to me!! They forgot to deliver the legs to my dining room table during my out of state move. The table legs were located at their warehouse yet they still will not return them to me. I have contacted them over and over with empty promises they were trying to find a truck and then that they would ship them to me. Now they are just ignoring me completely. I had used this company many times before without issue but could never recommend them or use them again after this last time. In addition to the missing table legs, a console table arrived broken (fine things happen) they tried to give me furniture that wasn’t mine (including a personalized wedding portrait that I hope got returned to the correct owner) and they lost a portion of one of my beds rendering it unusable, not to mention their lack of communication throughout the entire process. I doubt I will get any money from the claim form they had me fill out. But mostly I am sick of not being able to use my dining room table and zero response or accountability from this company. It’s unacceptable!!

Recently moved to South Carolina and sunset moving was the best. Luis on the phone was very direct and forward with how everything was going to go . My move was $3,500 for my entire apartment and every dollar was worth it . Angel and Mario were wonderful . GOOD JOB GUYS!!

I used this company for an out of town move yesterday, approx 200 miles away. I found them on Angie's List, they quoted me the best price. They were very professional, polite, and arrived on time. They showed me my agreed upon invoice and explained how the time would work. They worked very quickly, and wrapped my stuff the right way. They took great care of my belongings on the load and unload. They did not try to shake me down for more money. The final price was what I was originally quoted. They even worked around my pets. I couldn't have had a better experience. Special thanks to Jorge and his teammate for a job well done.

Amazing. The two gentlemen assigned to my moving day (M&M) were extremely professional.They called ahead to let me know that they were on their way. My belongings were dismantled and packed and put back together with such good care and speed. This company is very lucky to have Marcus and Mario taking care of business. They both made my day a lot easier. Great Job !!

Sunset made they made an appointment to move us from Homestead to Tallahassee they insisted on starting at 8am then show up at noon . We ask them to show on Monday at 4pm after being off on Sunday and they showed up at 7pm . Very undependable they had a rookie working the unload and he tried to move a very heavy bed by himself and dropped a main piece of my bed a broke it. Now they expect me to wait up to 80 days to buy a new bed my wife and I are retired on fixed income with bad knees and waiting 90 days is a major inconvenience so we have to figure out a way to buy a bed on our own . They under bid the move and hit us up for overages before they would deliver our belonging not a reliable mover don't use if you can avoid them .

Fernando and Jonheh is two of the best movers in South Florida! They disassemble and reassemble all out furnitures in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Fernando and Joneh and Sunset Moving and Storage to all my friends, family and neighbors.

Awful the two movies that they sent they were nice and slow and the owner of the company was with them he knew that they were moving slow yet did nothing to help them move along therefore resulting in extra charges I will never use them again
