I purchased a shirt for my husband and he wore it to dinner the next night and noticed it had come apart at the seam. Prior to flying out I returned to the store and found they had another one of the same size available and as their sign said only exchanges with original receipt within 14 days would be honored I saw no problem. I was then told by, who I can only assume was the manager, that probably my husband was too large for the shirt implying that he shoved himself into the shirt and tore it. It was not a tear, it came apart at the back just below his neck. Then I was told there was no refunds or exchanges on sale items which this was. Again that is not what the sign said and I was not told when I made the purchase. I was appalled and have never had someone actually imply that someone was too fat and caused the damage? Who says something like that without even seeing said person. I will make sure everyone I speak with about my otherwise wonderful trip to Fort Lauderdale was ruined by such a remark. Shirt was only a little over 20.00 (originally over 68.00) so I can handle the loss of money but will never get over the unprofessional remark that was made.

Literally, my favorite boutique! I've been coming here for seven years and I am always ask for fabulous Jennifer. She is the most amazing personal shopper I've ever met in my life she has style like I've never seen everything I have bought from this boutique people stop me wherever I go and they have for years. The store is always in gorgeous condition, the bathing suits are the most beautiful suits I've ever seen you will not regret the stop. The men side has gorgeous things to and there's always a sale rack in the back. Everyone likes a little sting on sale. I'm so grateful for this treasure of a shop.

The absolute worst shopping experience we’ve ever encountered. It was almost unbelievable - like we questioned whether we were on candid camera! The lady working in the shop told my daughter she was not allowed to try on more than one color of a tank top she loved. We wanted to buy several (and did at the shop next door). We were very nice and complied with this ridiculous demand. She then rolled her eyes at us & made very insulting comments all while exhaling her vape smoke! We never said anything to her in return. We just put our merchandise back on the shelf & pleasantly walked out of the store in disbelief and the sheer rudeness of it. What a bummer of a shopping experience for out of town customers looking for a great experience in your beautiful beach front shop.

Jennifer behind the counter provided the rudest most unexpected customer service experience to my sister visiting from out of town when asking about the return policy. She thought it was appropriate to abnoxioualy ride and belittle someone for purchasing clothes off the sale rack and asking about the return policy....... ride ride ride and would never bring another out of town guest there ....

I was looking for a pair of shorts for my daughter, I was traveling and in a pinch. I found a pair that was on a sale rack. At the counter I was refused the sale price, and told they must have been put there by accident. There was multiple sizes of the same short. They clearly have a sale section, and I was so annoyed I paid 30$ for something that should have been on sale. I managed retail for years and would never argue with a customer. I really wanted to return them out of principle, but no big deal. You can get quality close elsewhere, and definitely better service. My opinion to stay clear unless you have money to blow!

I travel to FLL frequently and had wonderful service by Jennifer yesterday. She chose a topto go with a skirt I fell in love with. I even went back last night and bought a few more pieces here. This is not a cheap store, they carry gorgeous somewhat higher-end items but at a reasonable price point. Don’t believe the bad reviews, this place is awesome and I will shop here every time I’m in FLL!

Terrible customer service and attitude from workers. The older lady with the gray hair was one of the nastiest hags I have ever encountered and was loudly arguing with the other worker over the smallest things. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable environment in the store. Ugly clothes and swimsuits. Definitely would avoid this place if you do not want to be treated like a peasant by the workers. There is a very clear reason why the place is empty and nobody who came in made a purchase.

Do yourself a favor and don't go in. This shop has horrible customer service and very high prices. I wondered the store for 10 minutes before I saw a lady come from the back room. I asked if the price was already 55% off. She insisted it was 55 SPF. I replied that the tag clearly says "Grand opening 55% off". She huffed away and continued to ignore me for another 15 minutes while I looked around. The hat was $39.99, bought it down the street for $19.99!
