Was vacationing in Fort Lauderdale and needed a pair of glasses ASAP. Purchased a pair of Celine. Asked about warranty, and was told I could contact Celine directly if needed. Within an hour of my purchase I noticed a scratch and returned to the store for an exchange or return. Unfortunately, you can’t return. However, they agreed to let me exchange for the other only pair of the exact sunglasses which fit tight compared to the other pair. I wish I had taken my time to fully inspect the sunglasses, but I didn’t (needed to meet friends for lunch). The temples are not even, which affects how they fit. Now, I’m dealing directly with Celine. Ruthi, the sales lady was very sweet, and helpful. I understand they have to follow their policy. But, designer sunglasses should go through a meticulous inspection process prior to displaying/selling them, especially if returns aren’t an option.

Me and my boyfriend walked in just to look around and we got kicked out for just looking. The lady said “cant you see the floor is wet you can get out and come back later” like they were open but kicked us out because they were mopping? It was rude and bad customer service.

Had such a great experience here with a new worker that showed me the latest trends and fashion of the era. Natalia is someone that can assist you when needed and is at your beck and call which is exactly what this community needs. Loved this place and will keep coming back again!

On February 14th, my wife and I went to the Style In store at 417 S. Ft. Lauderdale Beach so that she could exchange previously purchased sandals and for me to buy a pair. I waited outside while my wife made the exchanges. After 20 minutes or so, she motioned for me to come in where I met Dan, her sales representative. He was polite and very professional. I was able to conclude my transaction for a pair of Teva sandals in just a few minutes. After we left, my wife shared with me how upset she was when a co-worker (manager??) came up while Dan was assisting her and began berating him. My wife had no idea what was going on but she found the discussion upsetting. She had only good things to say about Dan and how we was climbing all over to show her different sandals. Dan is to be commended but his colleague was totally out line. Whatever the issues, they should never be discussed in front of a customer. 5 Stars for Dan and 2 for his colleague.

I was at Style In at 417 this week. I purchased Naot sandals.. My third pair of the same style. Took the sandals to condo and wore and one was defective. Returned the sandals Took sandals back and told could have only have store credit. Credit was $171. Returned today and charged me 171 for sandals that were $139. Very rude when I returned shoes and slammed door!!!
