I've had a unit at the Griffin location for some time now. The property manager, Victor, keeps the facility incredibly clean and well-maintained, with easy access and great security features. Victor and his staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, making renting and accessing my unit a breeze. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage in the area.

Victor was super resourceful and knowledgeable today during my visit, he helped my family and I in a difficult moment. Amazing recommendations on sizes of storage units and products, that helped a lot! He was super kind and patient, just a 20/10. The man in the front that greets you he is amazing very courteous and hes on point, also the fecility is very clean and when you book a storage room they give you a courtesy call! This place let me tell you i have rented storage rooms before but never like this one!! Sorry Uhaul you have nothing on these guys!!

I really appreciate all of the help and easy-going process with getting my storage. Victor was so amazing very helpful and professional. I highly doubt that there’s a bad bone in this guy‘s body he was helpful with showing the unit mapping out the route for me to access my unit, and also offering storage equipment when needed if I could give more than five stars I definitely would. I appreciate the help and professionalism.
