THIS PLACE SUCK!! A five year loyal customer ends today!! New owner is a disgrace, awful, and has no sense of providing quality customer service. Not only have prices skyrocketed, but they are obnoxious, rude, and now demand that you dry clean instead of laundry, forcing you to pay much more. NOT HAPPENING!! Caio!

I've used this shop for more than 20 years and been generally happy with every owner and staffer .... until the current "manager" ... suddenly shirts that I've happily had laundered and ironed (all marked cold water wash -- not dry clean) "require" dry cleaning as the fabrics are "delicate" and the pressing machines will "melt" them ... folks many of these shirts are basic cotton ... he simply wants to demand an extra $2 per shirt because they "take so long to iron" ... the woman and the young man who work the counter are lovely and powerless ... hoping this jerk goes under and someone who actually has a customer focus comes along

Do Not recommend. They are crooked. They charged me more at time of pick up then what they quoted. It took them 3 weeks to repair a zipper. Called them multiple times for a status update and did not respond.Service: Alterations

I needed a suit pressed and cleaned overnight; the staff was very helpful. I am new to the area so finding great customer service is very important to me.

I have been using them for about two years and since this summer the quality of their pressing is abysmal. They simply do not know how to press blazers wit lining. If the lining is not pressed in line with the outer shell, then you end up with bubbles in the outer fabric and the garment looks like it was not pressed. I don't like posting negative reviews, but this is so basic that it most be done correctly!

Annoyed to say the least . First the lady at the front gives me attitude and doesn't say hello when I enter and say hi . Then when I got items they were incorrect. I specifically asked to put a button on my pants and of course they didn't . Simple directions seem hard for these people. Never again will they get a cent from me . Stay away from these people

Did a good job with my suit but gave me my shirt with out the buttons. Couldn't get a hold of them because their numbers haven't been updated on Google.

Great place, friendly staff and my clothes came out perfectly how I wanted. It’s great that they are eco friendly too! They also work fast and the clothes are ready quickly which is convenient.
