I was in the area for work and stopped in this store as it's not easy to find clothes that fit properly. I ended up buying a shirt, they had a good selection of items in store and and attentive people ready to help. Only issue was I never got my emailed receipt.

After my SIL purchased a tailored blazer for me, I decided to call about another pair of the off the rack which matched my special blazer. Tommy is knowledgeable and patient. He helped me until we settled on a pair of chinos. I'm in Austin so this was a midday phone call. He did so well that I want another pair. And I want Tommy to help me again. Btw, the chinos he suggested fit this curvy lady as if tailored, as well. Soft as butter yet forgiving in all the right places - fitted where l want the attention ?

I did not have a great experience at the Miami State and Liberty location. I drove four hours from Tampa to Miami to do a custom fitting. There was a lady there who did a great job measuring, and she/the staff assured me they would save my custom measurements on file so that whenever I was ready to purchase, we could plug those measurements in and be good to go. I called twice thereafter to confirm this was the case. Imagine my surprise when I went to purchase multiple suits that somehow my measurements were “lost” with no true explanation as to what happened. This put me in a tricky spot as their custom suits have a lead time of approximately 5 weeks. I had no choice but to make the long haul drive once again to get custom-measured. Word to the wise: if you’re getting measured for a suit at the Miami location, purchase that day so you don’t get the run around like I did. At the end of the day, I was a customer who was ready to purchase, and the irresponsible staff placed numerous barriers of entry to prevent a purchase from happening. I took my business to the Fort Lauderdale location, and Brian Appleby/the entire staff exceeded my expectations. I purchased immediately that day. Make the 35-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale and avoid the negligent staff over in Miami.

I purchased a suit and got it tailored at this store and I couldn't be happier. The staff is excellent and they even shipped it to Tampa for me. No better place for dress shirts and suits!

We bought my finances favorite navy suit and a few dress shirts here last year (2023). The tailoring, which was done by a local shop across the street, came out beautifully. The machine washability and comfort of the garments is a game changer. When it was time to buy my fiancés tux for our wedding, we came back and were greeted with the same unmatched warmth and professionalism. The store has a great vibe with sports on a big TV, cold beer and comfortable seating. Tyler the assistant manager helped us to select the perfect tux for our big day. We will never go anywhere else for a suit (or dress shirts!) and I can’t recommend this store enough!

Guys, this is your go to store and brand if you are looking for a great balance between quality and good service. I have had good and even better experiences with their team making sure Im fully satisfied with the product while also receiving close follow up to my online orders. They have even let me come to my near by store in Ft Lauderdale to try the clothes before I order online to make sure I choose the right fit. I just wrapped up a call with their customer service in HQ and cant thank enough to solve an issue I had in such professional and quick way. Definitely look forward to keep promoting the brand and supporting such great business and team!
