The thrift store at St Ambrose Episcopal Church is amazing. Five rooms full of everything you need for yourself, kids, pets, and home. A lot of vintage finds are priced well below what I've seen at the Salvation Army or Goodwill. Open Saturdays from 9 to 12 pm only. A must!

A lovely little place of worship where I first took my three girls in 1969. Small, cosy and friendly - it's easy to meet the congregation.
