Avoid going to any location to this horrible car wash, any of them in South Florida. Their machines breaks cars and also damage my car tire. If you care and love your car, STAY AWAY FROM ANY LOCATION.

I recently visited the Spin Car Wash location at Broward Blvd and 27th Ave, and I was appalled by their deceptive practices. They claimed that the two basic cleaning packages were unavailable, forcing customers to upgrade to a more expensive package. In reality, the lower and higher packages offer the same services, making this a clear attempt to exploit customers for more money. I find this business tactic utterly disappointing and misleading.

SPIN Car Wash North Lauderdale continues to display a Sign that reads $6 for a Car wash despite the attendant telling me that Washes start at $10. I am not the first consumer to complain about this.

Should have read reviews before coming here. $15 minimum price, used to be $6. Sign advertised $3 off. What exactly? No customer service at wash to even ask. Never again

I gave this place one last try. Shame on me! The top spinner wasn't working, so the bird residue, pollen, and dirt on the hood, top of the car, and trunk didn't get cleaned. When I pointed out the defective equipment to the manager, he acknowledged that the equipment was broken and suggested that if I paid $26, he would get the car hand washed. Stay away! Broken equipment and rude service are not conducive to a pleasant experience. Go elsewhere.

Absolute worst Car Wash ever the service is terrible. It doesn't do a good job and the employees don't pay attention when you're there so the car is just back up and corporate doesn't return emails or phone calls so they just don't care obviously 954-3479648. If anybody has any other questions there's my number maybe corporate will call me.

PLEASE fix your vacuums! car wash is fine but vacuums never work. all the hoses are disconnected and the few that do work have low pressure

Roger was so nice upon my entry. He helped me with my short people problem in reaching for the screen. Awesome guy! He also gave me a free air freshener. Great customer service. I’ll be back for sure!
