Space Coast Credit Union Davie branch has no idea what they're doing. They make it up as they go along. And the information is consistently wrong. They sent a fax twice to transfer money from another institution to theirs and never followed up to make sure they got it. A month and a half later my CD was never funded. It took me an additional 10 or 15 days to straighten the mess out. Result - I lost interest income. I've had to go to the branch repeatedly. They forget things and make me come back in for signatures and copies Etc. Inefficient, incompetent. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else don't waste your time.

Not meant for Ftl location.overall the service on the phone is lacking in training, do not care and lack in education for a new member , misinformed or not informed about so many things

This bank allows any and everyone to get money from your account and the overdraft really sucks . Please find another credit union

I have with Space Coast since 2015, it was sad to see Brooke Robins leave as manager of this branch, but she was needed at a much busier location. Since her departure I have seen a few managers attempt to fill her shoes, but recently Sharmine has been extremely professional, courteous, and attentive in all ways. I have seen the branch grow and a general sense of happiness over the employees and clientele at this location. Meeka, Ashely, and Judith are all wonderful additions to the bank and a pleasure to work with.

Worst service ever! I would definitely close my account if I didn’t have a loan with them! I always have problems with my card and I’m so over it! Every time I try to withdraw money, it never works omg and I call member services and they’re never available !!!!! I’m so sick of this!

Personally, for years I worked with all local high end banks, and to be quite honest, I have no complain the staffs from Oakland park Blvd branch in sunrise, FL to wherever the are located, they are pleasant, they take personal care, because it's your money and that's their jobs. I give a five star, why throughout the years I know exquisite and professional services, I do hope the public really take the time to give their appreciation to every staff at all branches, a thumbs up and a thank you, I know service when I see it in motion, Good jobs guys chow

6-11-22 This will sound antiquated but I need cash. If you notice you can truly make it without it just move money around through apps as well as Debit and Credit cards. But I have someone working on my garden and cash only is requested. I try to avoid banks and if you notice they are never open. So since I can't get cash any longer when I shop Costco I came here. Even though they are located on Federal Highway and it is daylight I am cautious. Their was people at the ATM so I waited my turn as they get back in their cars and leave. My turn I try to be fast get my cash and go but wait yes I will get a receipt. So this is why they get a three star the balance on the receipt does not match my balance in my checking account. It literally gave me a heart attack! It was off by $5k will call the bank on Monday. In the meantime I pulled up my account on my phone and thankfully my money is all there.
