I have been coming here for years. Leo is my first pet (cat) ever and he has been coming to this location for years, he is now 7. Both Stephanie and Mickey are wonderful to him and I am so thankful for them. The vet techs are wonderful as well and super gentle. Leo and I are so loyal to this place and will forever come here!

Terrible experience. Came in with my dog for a scratch and some diarrhea and was pressured and scared into thinking he might have a parasite and needed fecal tests and all this medication. The test came back negative obviously and was charged almost $300 for medication and exam fees. Huge scam! They make you feel like a bad owner if you try to refuse any of the doctor’s recommendations and they didn’t even treat the wound but sent me home with an ointment to do it myself. Never going back here.

The butcher they have for a vet (the bald guy) should be banned from touching any pet... I brought my dying dog to spare its suffering as she was suffocating... the butcher would not touch my dog unless I sign a form saying I wanted thousands worth of tests and X-rays.... as I was in distress I did sign everything they asked me just to have my dog die minutes later in the X-ray machine.... I bet they took X-rays of a dead dog.... Capitalism fits perfectly for these people, they sure value their profits over your pets life... THIS MAN DESERVES A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL... BEWARE!!!

Doctor and staff were great! It was a Saturday, so they were super busy, but took both dogs to be vaccinated anyway!

If you care about your pet, do not take them here for a checkup, the vet does absolutely nothing. We took our dog there, vet spent less than 3 minutes, lifted her lip, her ear and concluded the exam. Did not test for mobility, touch the dog to check organs / for tumors. Absolutely nothing was done to look into our complaints of scratching - vet said it's "probably allergies" when we know she had a history with ticks. No report of anything was given at checkout, receptionist said she can "request that the tech team sends a report per our request".

Incredibly rude. Vet does not treat pets with care and respect. They are only about $$$. Denied online order via Chewy so you are forced to buy through them at their rates. Be cautious and do your due diligence.

Urgent Care....Highly destructive place!!!! I took my dog here so many times to see DrSchaefer who is awesome. Unfortunately, she helped him with one issue but I went back days later she was out I could only hope the other doctors were like her. Not even close. But I had to get this issue fixed. this one was for breathing troubIe and not once not twice but THREE TIMES I was given medication that had absolutely nothing to do with trouble breathing several meds were given. I was told to buy another over the counter none worked!!!!!. I was given Prednisone I felt terrible about it because this med is notorius for causing hernias in dog's because it causes weakening in the muscle tissues which happened before at another facility. I told that black male tech not the detail of it but except I didn't feel right about that med. He ignored me with attitude and checked us out at to the counter. I could only hope for the best. Gave as prescribed it didn't work. I went back was given a med beginning with a "T" the doctor said this is twice the dose of Prednisone I was desperate although I felt he gave my dog two sticks of dynamite of Prednisone and guess what? Days later. I small round knot swelling on the right lower side of my dog's rear bottom. Finds out days later... bingo.. PERINEAL HERNIA!!!! TO COST $3,000.00!!! Thanks urgent care.I called to request a higher dose on one of my dog's meds for breathing the receptionist said she'd speak to Dr. Schaefer that's been two days ago now & no responses. I'm sure it's the receptionist not Dr. Schaefer leaving me to wonder if the receptionist even gave her the message??? This is for my dog's health, his breathing issues needing attention & this is the response I get from the front desk. Absolutely no compassion, no empathy, lack of care & concern. My question is, if that receptionist could careless about the well-being of animals, why bother working there if you're only interested in just to get a paycheck? There's so much more I'd like to say about this place but I won't waste no more of my time. As the saying goes, "if you want something done right you got to do it yourself.

Good reputation. My sister Bug face has 3 unkempt dogs. The veterinarian makes them look great by putting a silly bow in their hair. Then when bug face gets them home they look ugly again but they are nice dogs I took care of them for a while a bug face was in rehab after getting hit by a truck

Dr Stephanie Schaefer was the absolute best Veterinarian I have ever went to. My Frenchie was attached by a Pit-Bull and she handled my dog with so much care and was able to help treat the wounds and advise me on how to keep up with making sure they heal up perfectly. Another reason why I will continue to go to her is because I have been priced gouged by veterinarians before and she was the total opposite. If you want a great veterinarian do not go anywhere else!
