Great company that stands behind their product. We bought quite a few of the plumbing fixtures we needed during our home renovation. The staff is knowledgeable and always helpful.When we needed advise on how to address a faucet diffuser that was not operating correctly, we realized that the plumber threw out the diffuser key that unscrews the diffuser; they provided one at no charge, with a smile.

This place is gorgeous inside. Even if you're not ready to replace a bathtub or vanity, etc., you may want to start here to get some ideas. The showroom is pristine and every modern bath tub will appeal. We were searching for more of a regular hardware store, so they did not have what we needed. But the guy there was very nice. He even gave us the names of several other hardware stores to check out in the area.

Once again, I had a great experience at this neighborhood plumbing fixtures and hardware store on E. Oakland in Ft. Lauderdale. Sales folks are attentive but not pushy. They have a wonderful selection of quality products and do their best to explain options. Kudos to a well managed business.

Purchased all three bathrooms and kitchen faucets I worked with Alex he was great. If I had a question he was very knowledgeable. Definitely will recommend them to everyone.

Purchased 17 door handles and advised 7-10 day delivery. Half of them showed up and the other half were back ordered. Advised 3 weeks delivery, June 24th. They never showed. Then advised arrival at the company by July 1st, will ship shortly after. Never showed again. Advised the factory is retooling and it will be two months before they are in USA. This is ridiculous. Why they kept lying about the delivery is unknown. Just a standard "screw the customer and lie, that'll buy us time." When I asked about returning these and getting different ones "they must be in the original package." Well, I opened them in prep for installation and not I'm screwed. I will never use them for any other projects. I'm out $300.00 and have to start over.

When into by two plumbing fixtures went home to see if in fact they would fit. Called told him I was coming back for them drove all the way back today and was told when I went to be rung up that one of them was on hold for another customer these were final sale discontinued items. She called her clients and said to me no I'm sorry I can't sell it to you I was supposed to put this on hold last week I told them how horrific their practice was and that when you sell an item or put an item on hold you put an actual sign on the items or better yet take it off the floor. This company is horrible overpriced and I would never do business with them beware

I was in the area and passed their location and decided to stop. Very nice selection of hardware, mainly knobs for cabinets and doors and all kinds of plumbing items, faucet, toilet, and sinks .

Always enjoyed coming into their showroom to see high end plumbing fixtures. After researching online you realize that most of their prices aren't that far off from online stores. So I thought ok I'm going to support a local business . Ordered my plumbing fixtures , paid for them in full . 14 DAYS LATER YES 14 days later I get a call from someone,NOT my sales person my items back ordered for two months. ARE YOU kidding me. This is the customer service you get when you pay a little extra. Well folks order on line. The old saying goes, just another lousy south Florida business
