Must say I love your store the staff are wonderful except for one lady who works there and when I go by I will never go in if she’s working there! Yesterday I purchased 3 bras and I must say yesterday’s staff were amazing!! Lovely lovely ladies… bravo to those who are great! Thumbs down to the one who’s not!

I made an appointment online, I do believe they do walk ins as well. I was a bit late but it doesn't seem like they were too busy on a Tuesday morning right after opening.I was greeted and assister by Soon, she quickly grabbed a ruler and sized me then gave me so many bra options! I've struggled so much with bras and finding the perfect size but she made it so easy and comfortable. Her experience and opinion was greatly appreciated in finding the perfect bra that fit and looked the best on me. I thought it would've taken forever but almost all the bras she gave me felt comfortable and fit, it was just a matter of taking them on and off. I ended up buying four bras! It was worth the price to have something that fit me and was comfortable. Soon was so nice and friendly, fantastic customer service/support. She is great at what she does!

A little on the expensive side but still cheaper than VS and way better quality. I've been shopping here for the last 13 years and very happy with Soma. I always get a discount or coupon since I've been a member for a really long time. The sale associates are always knowledgeable and willing to help. I love the clothes, PJ's, bras and panties. I will not shop anywhere else for intimate apparel.

Just left the soma shop in galleria mall Fort Lauderdale Florida. Assistant store manager was an Enormous help, very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend her especially if you are unsure of your bra size. She really knows her stuff and will gladly measure you so you are getting the proper fit

Anniversary sale on bras was great. Otherwise don't shop there much, as some styles don't fit well.

Third time's a charm?? Nope! Went in to get fitted for a bra & had the WORST experience!! Not only did the gal give me TWO bras that didn't fit, but had NO knowledge of how to properly fit anything on anyone! Ended up at Victoria's Secret. Found the perfect bra.
