Moving out was a breeze! A HUGE thank you to the property manager Devencci! He assisted with guidance and perfect hospitality throughout the entire process. His communication skills are exquisite and has the upmost respect for his tenants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and if ever needed again, I would definitely be renting here! 5 Stars❤️

Out of all the storages place I have used in the years this is the best one I have ever been too! It’s very clean and easy to get in and out. The staff is amazing Devencci is awesome. And he has gone out of his way since day 1 to help me with everything I have needed. He is the main reason I will continue to rent here !

So I went to this storage unit the last THREE DAYS of April, I’m fully digitally because I’m never home and this storage unit sent me a notification that after FIVE MONTHS (they claim it’s six since I had the 3 days in April (May, June, July, August, September)—on month SIX they increased my rent by almost 25% and when I called and spoke to the male manager, he let me know matter of factly that ALL storage units practice this bait and switch (they don’t because I’ve been using them in Florida since 2008). He then went on to say, well that’s how SnapBox works.Anyways, if you don’t want a storage facility that will raise your rent 5-6 months of you being there by almost TWENTY FIVE PERCENT (25%), then consider another facility.(Also you all have my name and can connect to my storage unit and contact information, if you were that concerned, you would contact me instead of telling me to contact you)

I’ve been renting here for about a year now and I LOVE it! The property is always super clean and smelling good. My unit is in great condition and prices are really good! Management is super friendly and helpful to all of my needs. Devencci has been super attentive to anything I bring to him and quick to solve any problems I may have. I highly recommend!

The staff is very professional but the hidden late fees is outrageous. Ive been injured for the last 6 weeks and couldn't work, my bills were all very far behind and I received a bill from them for $177, i just got back to work and have been playing catch up and I went to look at my new invoice and its now $381. . I have a small space and I can't even begin to understand how it went from $177 with late fees to $381. Again, great staff but the prices and hidden fews isare simply outrageous.

I thought Da Vinci was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in accessing my storage needs and setting up my account. I witnessed Da Vinci show both empathy and compassion consoling a patron who was in town cleaning out the storage unit of a beloved family member. I believe he truly is gifted as a customer service representative.
