Tori is the best! I am a German tourist and my English is not good. She had a lot of patience with me and she talked so that I could understand her very well. It was all very easy. Thank you!!! By the way, the car is great.

Picked up my rental from this location I was helped by Tori she was very helpful & friendly. I had reserved a standard car but they were short on those so they upgraded me to a SUV no charge. Vehicle is very nice, clean. Was able to find a 40% discount code very easily by doing a Google search. Would definitely rent here again

I just rented a car from here and I got to say that it was a pleasure doing business with them they made it very easy they were very respectful especially Tori was very nice she had me in conversation about what I do for work and my relationship and she was a good listener and very nice and respectful and took really good care of me so if you come to this location make sure you ask for Tori. I look forward to doing business with them again

I had an abysmal experience with Sixt Rental Car Corp that left me appalled by their corporate incompetence. Their lackluster customer service and disregard for reservations exemplify their utter disregard for professionalism. This corporate giant's negligence towards vehicle maintenance showcases their dedication to penny-pinching over passenger safety. Avoid Sixt like the corporate plague they are.

Service hours for a very busy zone, until 5pm doesn’t make any sense, not even a notification, call, text message, when you make the the reservation. Amazing!

I rent here on a very normal basis. There are so many reasons for my 5 stars such as convenience, car options and quality, etc. But the number one reason for this five star rating is the ladies that work the counter. I am the Director of Culture for a national company. So culture is very important to me. The ladies at the front counter are so servant hearted, pleasant, professional, and conscientious. They are one of the main reasons I choose to rent from Sixt. This time I had the pleasure of having Shemika serve my rental car needs. I felt very well served and she is a joy. I highly recommend this location and this company!!!!!

Excellent customer serviceNo hassles, everything was as it should be.Ordered online night before, picked up the car next morning. Car was clean and service was prompt. Staff we as super friendly and welcoming at this location in Ft Lauderdale Florida. I would definitely recommend and will be using SIXT rental again!

Honestly THE smoothest car rental experience I have ever been through (and I’ve been through many)! Beep, boop, click here, sign and done! So quick!! And Aleah was unbelievably friendly, something I am not used to when dealing with renting cars. A sweetheart and very helpful! Many thanks again!

I made a last minute reservation. Initially got there and found that they didn’t have the reserved car at that location. Tori and her manager worked to make things right. They upgraded our car for the same price. Drop off at the Westin hotel valet was also convenient.
