I negotiated new car buying process with 3-4 Honda dealerships simultaneously and by far it was much more pleasant to deal with Holman Honda.From very beginning an online sales representative David Reeve disclosed the total price breakdown. At the dealership a sales consultant Douglas Portugalclarified all technical issues, and a financial consultant Ray De Quesada discussed best loan and insurance options in my circumstances. I was able to complete the transaction and all paperwork in one hour, the title from DMV arrived in two weeks. It happened that after leaving the dealership I misplaced all paperwork,and Holman Honda quickly sent me all copies for my record.

I currently owe 2 Honda, one 2023 hrv sport and the other is a2023 crv ex. I took them both in for service with Xavier, he was very knowledge of the service answer all my questions and was very professional. I will definitely see him again for my vehicle needs. He also got them both clean, great job!!! Thank you for the professionalism and the knowledge.

I recently came here to Holman Honda simply to get my Jeep appraised, not only did I get a much higher price for my car than I expected, but I also ended up falling in love with a Tesla they had in stock. William and Paul were incredible to work with--quick, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I left with an amazing vehicle at an incredible price. Holman Honda truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to stop there. Thank you again William and Paul for a great great experience, Holman Honda for the win!

I’ve been working with Xavier from the service department. He went above and beyond for me when I needed my car serviced. He called and gave me updates throughout the day to let me know the status of my car. He was very professional and respectful throughout the whole time of service. Anytime I need my car service I’ll definitely give him a call. I’ll also recommend this specific dealership to anybody in need of a car or service. Holman Honda thank you for exceptional service.

THE FIRST TIME THAT A CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS ACTUALLY PLEASUREFUL. Erion Mucollari (Sales) Randy (Sales Manager) and Allison (Finance) what a DREAM team. Honesty, transparency and fairness defines the type of service they provided. Both sides compromised to make the deal happen, no games with price, and no surprises when you arrive at the dealership; they honored exactly what they discussed on emails and texts.Treated my husband and I with fairness and respect.

I've owned my car since the day I purchased it. I maintain a good service record and had no problems until we relocated and started receiving routine service here. The first cost was fine, by the second oil change they found $600+ worth of issues wrong with my rear breaks even though they were newly replaced with new tires and aligned only 4 months prior to moving to Florida. The next visit they quoted me over $1,200 for an engine bolt related issue- mind you I've not experienced any oil leaks etc. once I got the insurance company involved poof the issue was "fine" but a week later my breaks and shocks are acting up. It's been 2 weeks since I've left repeated vm to my service advisor with not a single call back.

I own a 2006 Honda Odyssey that has been very well maintained by Honda dealerships for 280,000 miles since I bought it brand new at Roper Honda in Missouri. I have all my Honda receipts. I moved to Fort Lauderdale expecting the same level of quality service and Holman Honda failed. While providing maintenance to the vehicle, the inexperienced technician cross threaded an important bolt in the engine head. This was not discovered for a year, until the serpentine belt unexpectedly came off. When I went to replace the belt, the Honda tech broke the bolt. Now my car is useless, and to add salt to the wound, Holman Honda offered me $300 for the car. If you care about your vehicle and don't plan on getting a new car, do NOT trust Honda dealerships for your repairs.
