I called them with an emergency since my regular AC company was not available and they came over in just a few short hours, diagnosed the issue and got it working promptly and for a very reasonable price. Update: Another job well done! Roger helped us find the right smart thermostats for our home. The builder grade thermostats installed at build were not compatible with our units. Found the best option for us and was able to replace quickly. He is an authorized google nest dealer. Does not increase price based on your address which is nice for once in South Florida. Good hard working company, where the owner is hands on in the field doing the same work as his technicians.
The owner, Roger is very informative and takes the time to discuss all your AC needs. Our technician, Dwayne worked quickly to get our AC units running more efficiently during this heat advisory! We will be using them again for any future AC needs including maintenance. They came out to address our needs next day, quickly ordered the part and fixed within 24 hours. Affordable and honest pricing too.

Had a compressor fail and Roger and Duane were extremely prompt and professional. I was up and getting cool a few hours later (at a VERY fair price!). Would call them again!

Serv Tech was by far the most reasonable for my new split AC unit that I needed urgently. I received other estimates and it was nearly double in price.
Roger took my call right away and arrived that same day for an estimate. He provided me with three very fair and reasonably priced options. The technician arrived during the scheduled time window and was very professional and polite. He communicated all issues and the scope of work very well.
I highly recommend Serv Tech for your AC needs.

I discovered my ac wasn’t working. Rogerio was very helpful. Sent out a technician that afternon . After the problem was diagnosed, he worked hard to order the necessary parts and schedule the repair to fit my friend’s tight schedule.. Wonderful people to work with.

They’re happy to come fix the A/C EVERY TIME TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY..Yesterday’s a/c repair was $850.
The unit STOPPED WORKING AGAIN in the middle of the night.
This was a brand new A/C unit we had them install 6 years ago.
THE UNIT HAS NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY AFTER INSTALLATION .
They have changed parts constantly.
They will happily come service your unit again and again and again.
Every opportunity to come over and bill you.
