Very disappointed. I made appointment few days ago for today. It was supposed to be between 8am and noon. After 12pm I got a call that they will be here within the hour. 2 hours later was told they cannot make it because they are full. ( they received pictures of all the items).
Now they don't have an appointment until 10 days later. I think they are just lazy and pick and choose.
If I could give no star I would.

The merchandise is great . Plenty of options. However, a male staff member came out from behind his register in a threatening manner because I was not following instructions on how to be in line. I am an eldery , small women and never spoke back to him . He proceeded to yell at me , pushed my cart and continued as all customers looked on. I am not used to being treated this way. I wouldn’t be shopping in a thrift store if I didn’t need to.This type of behavior should not be tolerated any type of store you are in.

Buyers in donators be aware!! This store is involved in defrauding people and ripping them off I bought an iMac computer which I asked the girl if it was returnable if it didn’t work and she said yes within three days. I took the computer home it would not turn on when the lady at the register said they check everything well it’s funny that they had no batteries in the mouse in the keypad for them to have checked unless they checked it and took them out but when you turn it on the screen is totally blank nothing shows up! So I returned the item as you can see and spoke with the manager in the sales man and they had me fill out the form for my refund. I kept checking my credit card statement and it hasn’t shown up at all so I went to the store and spoke with the manager and he gave me the Head manager that her office is across the street from them give me the phone number and the extension number which I had already had and there is a recording saying that this extension does not exist. They gave me the runaround from the first time that I called which you can see all the phone numbers that I had written down and nobody to get a hold of that is why I went to the store and then again they sent me on a wild goose chase. Who would have ever suspected that the Salvation Army who we all donate to would have a store where their employees do this to customers it is just flat out wrong I’m going to call my credit card department and I’m going to report them this should not happen to people from this company, it is appalling that they would cheat people out of their money!! As you can see all the names of the employees is on this sheet.

They have some great pieces of furniture. I got a Gotham steel frying pan for $4! Some good finds. They also had a chemistry set and magic kit that looks fun. Cheap deals on George Forman grills. Large store with plenty of parking.

After spending 20 minutes in line to pay for some old silverware, they changed the marked price of 19.95 to 69.95… the manager Sheila did not honor the marked price, how very unprofessional, it’s a scam. Don’t waste your time at this store

I just came home after expending 2 hours browsing the Salvation Army Family Thrift store east of i95 on Broward, and I am very happy to leave a review, Marcelo is such a nice person, it makes the experience of shopping a lot better, very polite and respectful and always with an smile on his face, the only issue I have had in the past is with the women’s fitting room, the lady that works there is a little bit rough sometimes. But other that that the whole experience was great. I found very good deals. Although I missed the Wacky Wednesday 50%!!! I hope that changes. I hope to see more people like Marcelo being hired. That would be great!!!!

these two workers AND the MANAGER were being hella unprofessional except for one latino guy that actually cared an was on our side. two of the workers gave us a lot of unnecessary attitude when the situation WASENT EVEN THAT SERIOUS to begin with. our problem wasn't even that big, but the the main worker "we had a problem with" wanted to bring the situation to the manager, which was so unnecessary. but over all the two ladies gave off a lot of racism vibes.
