Quality of Products are Amazing !!!! Customer Service is Impeccable !!! I am not one to write reviews but this Place Deserves 10 Stars !!!!! Kevin is responsive and knowledgeable with questions or concerns. I have used SaltH20 in the past and will continue to do so everytime!!! If you are questioning where to go, GO HERE !!!! Much better than your Normal Tackle shop HANDS DOWN !!!!

Sincerely kind and accomodating people. Taught me a great deal. Didn't try to up-sell me. I'm new to the hobby and they even set up my new rod and reel for me. I'll be back again and I can highly recommend them as a shop looking to serve their customers sincerely and intelligently.

The worst customer service ever. Ordered item online. They could not fill the order and would not refund my money. Absolutely clueless how to treat people who want to be their customer. What a shame!

Ordered through their online store. Had to call after a month to find out it was never shipped etc. Spend weeks trying to track it down with little to know help. Finally find out almost 2 months later that it would ship but would cost more. Customer service wasn't helpful. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this business online as they don't seem to know how to run an online business. They also don't seem to know some of the basics when it comes to business 101 and customer 101 very disappointing will take my business elsewhere. Was a substantial order that would have been re-occurring monthly.

These guys are great. It's been a mission trying to find certain tackle these days (thanks "Brandon"). Placed an order for some JB line that ended up being back ordered. Spoke with Greg and Kevin and they were both helpful especially with the circumstances. Kevin is clutch. He followed up with the manufacturer and kept me apprised. Shortly thereafter, my order was at my door on the Westcoast. I like supporting smaller businesses and these guys didn't disappoint.
