The store manager will lie and tell you the cash register is not working properly if you have to return an item and will ask you to go to a different store. I took my return item that I purchased from her store to another Sally’s, which then expressed how they get all the returns from that store because the manager does not want to have low numbers. Very unprofessional!!!!

The manager is so unnecessarily rude I would rather travel to the Pompano location and spend my money. She is Hispanic lady with the bad attitude and horrible lashes. She needs professional training.

I was not greeted the same as other patrons that walked in. The one given a big welcome was of the same nationality & language, yet not of the profession nor a regular there. She was just there the first time, for self-care. Later, after everyone left, I'm still there, left as the sole customer, staring down the same aisle, I had to peep my head out to the quiet register (I guess where they could surveillance every move for potential shoplifting) and ended up standing there staring at them anticipating assistance, before I could get a less enthusiastic "Is there something I can do for you?"

I wish I got the name of the girl that helped me today! She was so warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful! She is young, petite, has dark curly hair that looked to have an ombre effect.... no clue what her name is but she is great!

Took my 14-year-old daughter to Sally’s beauty supply I was waiting in the car she entered the store and Natasha started to help her so about 7 to 10 minutes into helping her Natasha offered my daughter crystal meth this is unbelievable she should be fired and I just want anybody to know whoever is reading this Sally’s if they’re reading this this is not finished.

I've been a Sally's shopper for a long time as I've been doing my own hair forever. Mainly more on than off. I used to go to one of their stores nearer to my house, but they closed that branch. So now it's whichever one I'm close to or nearer. Since the guy that used to do my highlights moved to northern Florida, I've been having fun experimenting. But there's still a couple of their generic products (leave in conditioner etc) that I still use. Last year, I stocked up on those by ordering online. But now I needed a couple minor items replaced - not enough to make an order -- so I decided to stop by here before an Aldi run. The gal was quite helpful. I'm still in their computer system so checking out was pdq. And yes, if I'm in this area, and I needed one of their products, I'd come back.

Natasha was very helpful and kind. She helped me find everything I need as well as taught me some basic for what i was going to do. She didnt try to push unneccessay products, but rather just steered me in the right direction. If you go here ask her to help you! 10/10

Natasha is the most respectful employee I’ve ever ran across every question I had she answered with full transparency and any problem I’ve had she found a solution definitely loved the encounter I had with her while shopping at Sally’s beauty!!

First off the manager is so rude.. A customer and i were looking for products and we were not offered any help. Another customer walked in she immediately asked her if she needed help. I guess she chooses who she wants to help. Anyway the other customer ran out saying the music was way to loud I agreed with her and left too. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

First time I came in, rudely greeted by the manager who didn't want to hear anything I was doing a simple return. Loud. Rude. No manners. Told the register was down and it could bot be completed, ok no problem. Came back a second time to the same rude incompetent attitude, no respect, no customer service, just attitude for returning a cheap item... the problem was she apparently didn't know how to return the item and instead of offering a alternative was rude, loud, questionable and made me wait 30 min before hand. Ive worked retail lol its pretty simple to return a non used item, I know education in FL is bad but like this is what I used to do as a job at 16 in highschool. Pathetic rude just dont go there its beyond ghetto

Lizete and Natasha will make your experience here horrible. Lied straight to our faces on multiple occasions. Why does Sally’s allow people like this to work in their stores. They refused to take a return and we had to drive all the way to boca to return an item. Nothing but rude customer service and incompetency at its finest here. The other associate in the store seemed miserable. Had another customer in the store and also agreed Lizete was extremely rude. Sally’s please do something about this situation!

The manager of this store needs to be fired. Beyond rude, refused to process my return. First she lied and said the purchase was final sale. According to the recipt it's not. She just sits there and huffs and puffs out of breathe because she's so exhausted from not doing her job.
