Limited selection and size options. I asked for a very specific shoe and size. When the clerk realized my size wasn't available he tried to sell me a size half up or half down. I run 25-30 miles a week, I'm not trying to experiment with new sizes at this point. I'll shop elsewhere to ensure I can get what I ask for.

I wish everyone could experience the great customer service I received.For the past year, I have been in search of comfortable sneakers to alleviate the discomfort in my left foot resulting from a car accident.This runners depot was worth the drive to Fort Lauderdale. Marcus was amazing, he took his time to educate my partner and I with the different brands they carry. He also recommended a few things I should be doing to help relieve my pain. He thought outside the box and recommended a pair of sneakers that instantly relieved my pain (although the color choice is not my preference, I know comfort first lol) I went in for a pair of sneakers and we walked out with two pairs.I don’t hug strangers but Marcus got a hug lol the relief I felt is amazing. I get to go on my vacation with my family worry free, from walking with pain in my foot.Again, great customer service. We both appreciated your help and experience.

I bought the hoka shoes, they are good for flat work, they hurt your feet, but the bad thing is that they hurt your back, the shoes don't have to be flat from the back to the top so that your back doesn't hurt.

Small store but with everything a runner is looking for. The advice for buying sneakers is on another level. You are served by very experienced staff who advise without commercial intent. In my case they took the impression of my footprint, measured the length, width and height of both feet and asked me to walk around the store. They concluded that the best option was a fairly economical intermediate padding model within the HOKA brand, which is already very expensive. I already used them and I have never felt better.
I recommend the place, and the franchise, to runners of any level.

Great Place to shop for Running Shoes!They have the best experts here!Couple of hard working fellas that know all about running shoes! They have ran multiple marathons and they can provide great advice on the best running shoes according to you feet!They do some tests, measuring your feet and etc and provide some recommendations for the costumers!Me and my father bought our running shoes here and are very happy about it! Very comfortable!
