Update to my last review. I emailed customer service as they requested after my post and they were zero help. Their mattress is sagging after 2 years with a 10 year warranty and refused to exchange it without a professional cleaning being done to the bed?? I can only assume they want to resell the bad bed??? I emailed them and asked their logic and got no response. I will be making a report at the BBB this week. Stay far away from here.

We ordered a couch consisting of two separate pieces. Upon the first delivery attempt, both items arrived damaged. We refused delivery. Upon second delivery attempt, the furniture, again, arrived damaged. We, of course, refused delivery again. Heads up, do not let them bring the furniture into your home before inspecting it, because that will cause you a whole other slew of problems. Check it while it's on the truck or when it's off the truck but still not in your house. I should have heeded the many warnings I read in reviews about this exact problem with rooms to go that many seem to have. We spoke to customer service countless times, and it seems like no one is in great communication with each other because they were always missing information or had incorrect information. This lead to us having to continuously contact customer service. The second time our furniture was delivered damaged, rooms to go customer service said, "It's only the liner that's damaged." To which we responded, "We bought this couch brand new and we expect it in new condition." What a nightmare. Definitely do not get anything from rooms to go. Take your money to a business that takes pride in their products and is considerate of your time and business. We will never make this mistake again.

This is the second dining room set I purchased from RTG. The first one started to shed the upholstery (faux leather), no satisfaction gleaned from that experience, and now, with this second dining room purchase, one of the chairs broke while sitting on it, having dinner. Below is the Not So Excellent communication with customer service. This store sells nothing but quality, NOT...NOT...NOT. Fri, Nov 3 at 12:57 PM Ref: Order # 28274020 While sitting down to dinner last night (11/02/2023) the welds at the front of the chair broke free (failed). I went flying backwards, skinning my elbow and smashing my head against the tile floor. Enclosed are pictures of the failed chair. I've already taken care of my physical damage with the aid of a few aspirins and a bandage. As this order is not paid off as of yet, would like to know what restitution is available to me for loss of this chair. Sincerely, Friday, Nov 10, 2023 After waiting for a response for a week now, I would assume you did not receive my email. Sunday, Nov 19, 2023 Well, I would imagine, after waiting for almost three weeks, you have no intention of extending the courtesy of responding to my email. Rest assured, Rooms To Go will never be considered when remodeling my apartment.

I bought a dining room set and the 3 year warranty. As soon as the warranty expired, the chairs started peeling. As it is a dining room set, it is not used every day, so definitely not wear and tear. I contacted customer service to see if there could be some sort of accommodation; I did not expect replacements, but maybe some arrangement to get the chairs repaired. They told me to find a chair repair company. Guess they don't want my future business. Will never shop there again and encourage others to avoid them.

The issues I have with Rooms To Go stem from the company overall, rather than this particular branch. For the second time I've made a furniture order, this time from the branch, and received an incomplete set. Previously I ordered a table and chairs set from the website that came with the wrong top and took about 3 months to resolve, this time our sectional couch (which the lady at the store originally ordered without 2 of the sections, good thing I've learned to read my paperwork very carefully) came and the installers didn't bind the pieces together nor leave the hardware to do so. We told them this on the phone and emphasized whoever comes needs to bring the materials, yet this morning a gentleman came with nothing and politely explained they would put the parts on order. They wasted both his and our time, the visit was utterly pointless as despite him taking photos of the issue, they already know what we ordered. Everyone is always very nice, but nice doesn't convert to reliable service. Luckily the couch can still be used right now, it's just awkward and the sections slip, rather than having no table to eat dinner off like last time. We like their products, but it's a frustrating experience that surely loses them money and customers. If I'd taken time off work this morning just to be left in the same position as we were a few days ago, I'd definitely be mad.

Poor quality. Bought a patio table a few months ago, wasn't using it much and already one of the legs came out. The frustrated part here is that when you call them for the warranty, the technician can only come in *two weeks*, because they're busy. If you try to fix it yourself, it'll void the warranty. Edit: just to update here that sending the details to their email and discussing with them, doesn't really help. You'll waste more time and energy for nothing.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.The salesperson tacked on a service plan that I did not ask for and when I brought it to his attention, he said that I could call and get it cancelled.I called to cancel the entire order TWO WEEKS BEFORE SCHEDULED DELIVERY - the person on the phone said there would be no problem. I then asked about any charges, and she said that there wouldn't be any. She also said that I would receive an email confirming the cancellations.I called again two days after having called to cancel the order because I had not received an email confirming the cancellation and their website was showing it as active. The person I spoke with, and whatever supervisor I was transferred to said they would keep 20% of the entire order, which was for over $2k "because it was listed on the receipt" - it's not enough to list it on the receipt, you need to TELL people WHEN they place an order. Not put it on some papers and hope they will read it.Meanwhile, I cancelled an order for a bedroom set from Ashley furniture because the dresser was going to be too big for the space, and they quickly refunded all my money. Go to City Furniture / Ashley instead.I should have listened to my son when he said that many of his friends have had problems with RTG and to not go there. Sometimes we learn from our kids.FYI to RTG - if I don't get a complete refund, I will see you in Small Claims Court - I know that it will cost me $100 or so to file, but I don't care because it's going to cost you a lot more to deal with it, and if you don't show, then I will get that $100 filing fee back. I've already paid $5 to download the small claim packet to be filed, which will then be served to Peter Weitzner in Seffner FL, so I am READY TO GO!!! Have a nice day!

My wife and I were looking for a small patio table \u0026 chairs. Jeanette came to help us and was very knowledgeable of the sizes, colors and styles available. She was even able to get us a delivery scheduled during our short stay this time around. Wonderful service from a wonderful associate. Thank You!

We had a great experience with Rooms To Go in Fort Lauderdale finding everything we needed for our new apartment. The delivery was super fast. The furniture quality is perfect. Special thanks to Stanton Kilpatrick who help us to make a choice. It’s definitely his vocation! He has great taste and vision of what goes with what. Highly recommend this store and Stanton, the sales manager!!!

It's been a while since I have had to buy furniture. The selection for ROOMS TO GO was awesome perfect for my budget. I met with Stanton and he was great. Showed the the options and made sure I knew what I was ordering, when it was coming in, and making sure it was in the warehouse. He was great and I left feeling confident in my purchase.

Super easy process ordering a living room set! Their furniture selection is beautiful and well priced, without compromising quality. My sales associate, Shannon, was really great and helped me find my new set. She quickly learned my style and showed me what she thought would work for my needs and budget. She was very patient, as I was stuck deciding between two sets. I even came back to her the next day with my husband and she was still just as patient. When it was time to purchase, it took less than 5 minutes to complete.This was my first time buying furniture and it was seamless! Thank you!

My husband and I went to purchase a new living room set today. We were looking for a set that was durable and had more of a family style feel. Chris… the floor manager was very polite, patient and knowledgeable about the type of material and family feel furniture we might be looking for. He walked us through the facility and assisted us finding the a great set that would work best for our family. If you stop by “Rooms to Go- Fort Lauderdale… Ask for Chris, I’m sure you won’t regret it!
