Will's an honest shop, I brought my truck in for what I figured was an expensive repair, and found out it was a very minor problem which they repaired on my F350 6.7. I highly recommend them if you have repairs. ?

Was stranded coming in from GA. They picked me up, changed out my transfer case,And washed my truck at no charge!! Got back on road on time as promised. Second time user, they did my injectors 3 years ago and both times were very fair and on time.Highly recommend for diesel trucks!Service: Transmission

Reviews are important for everyone. The customer, the business, the public at large. It is our own system of checks and balances as consumers. If a company doesn't do well by its customers, they are going to keep the rest of the world at large well informed of how a company does business.I can not say enough about Will, Anthony, and the rest of the crew at RNW. These guys are professional, courteous, fair, and most important of all, just really good people. Honestly it's the only shop I go to. I feel at ease knowing I can trust these guys to find out what's wrong and not do anything shady like tell me I need other parts or other services that it may not need like other shops will do. They diagnose my truck fix the issue and have my truck back to me within the day. Parts and labor are very reasonable considering the level of skill and expertise that goes into working on my truck. Staff is very friendly and work with me from servicing my truck during my work hours and can drop off truck certain times, down to giving me a ride back to work when I drop the truck off.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I was recommended by a good friend to take my 2017 Duramax 2500 to RNW. For the last 18 months I have had issues with my def system in my truck. I had brought it to 3 dealerships and another diesel shop in margate and they could not figure out the problem. The dealers kept making me replace the def pump and after 4 pump’s replaced I had had enough with the scams from them. The first few pumps were under warranty but then they intentionally tried to keep my truck until the warranty was out. The next shop in margate just took the fee for the diagnostic and said they couldn’t help me and told me to sell my truck. RNW was my last resort before I did just that. Upon dropping it off the staff was extremely polite and told me if they couldn’t fix it they would not charge me. Within 1 hour of dropping it off I got a call from Anthony saying that after all this time and headache it’s was a blown fuse and a loose wire to the fuze box. The code went away just like that. I told them to keep it over night just to make sure it didn’t return and just like that it was fixed. 4 other shops couldn’t figure out a blown fuse!! Rnw then didn’t want to charge me for the repair because they felt that they didn’t really “work” on it they just changed a fuse. I had them do some regular maintenance such as an oil change etc so I could pay them something. THEY EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I was about to sell my truck until I walked into rnw. I’m forever grateful! I drove it around for about 2 hours after picking it up and it drove like the day I bought it! To make things even sweater they cleaned it for me! The truck has been sitting for 18 months so it was extremely dirty! I can’t say enough good things about this business! IF YOU HAVE A DIESEL GO HERE!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

What can I say this place legit, brought in lb7 Duramax it wouldn’t start and was blowing 25amp fuse , I personally relplaced the ficm and still no start , got towed here , next day they tell me needs new cp3, we order it and 2 days later they call me to pick it up, truck runs perfect this shop got me back on the road quickly and running better than ever, would highly recommend them for any Duramax repair they know there stuff

I had a bunch of codes on my truck and then it went to limp mode where you can only drive 5 mph because the diesel exhaust fluid wasn’t flowing the way it was supposed to. But these guys turned it around the same day they’re fast they’re efficient and it’s the only place I’m ever going to take my truck back to. They totally deserve all five stars on this review.
