Stuck me in a room with a 4 - 5 inch matress with some back killing springs at first but they made it right after I talked to the front desk about it. Unfortunately you have to use Valet which is pricy and the Valet service is slow. It took 30-45 mins to get my car which made me late to work 3 days in a row... they said they were busy delivering packages. I had called ahead of time too.

Well where do I begin, around 11:30pm there were some loud people in the room next to ours, then around 3:30am they woke me up when the occupants of the room next to mine were screaming at the top of their lungs and it sounded like people were getting thrown against the walls so we called the front desk and I went down there. The front desk sent security up to the room, but didn't ask them to leave because they account was a new corporate account. Any other hotel they would have been escorted off the premises. So around 10:30am that morning another fight started I assume or a heated loud discussion so I went back to front desk. They only gave me a $100 of my room for the inconvience which the front desk told me it would be $100 a night off, but they refunded $200 and then charged me $100 so only got $100 off. I accepted the refund of $200 not $100 so hence the bad review stars for service. Even after the second time having to go down and complain they still did not remove the couple from the room, but they didn't cause any other problems other than the guy staring me down in the lobby one day when I came back with my family. I was hoping he would have said something, but he didn't, I would have gladly called the police. My son awoke that night at 3:30am scared out of his life becaue we thought that a father was beating the crap out of his kids in the room the way it sounded. I probably won't ever stay at this hotel anymore because the location is not great due to bridges and traffic to the intracostal area.The breakfast does not change and is the same everyday, no bacon at all they removed since it costs more they said, and one day they had turkey sausage and it was terrible and dry. The rest of the days it was pork sausage patties.The pool and hot tub looked nice, but didn't get to use it.The rooms were nice and no complaints.

If you are staying here for a few days, then you have definitely picked the right place to stay. I can say so many wonderful things about this hotel from big rooms, a very clean hotel, beautiful views of the intracoastal and taxi boat ride in your back door, and being minutes from the FT. LAUDERDALE beach strip. I can't wait to revisit.

The front desk is super unprofessional and doesn’t value Bonvoy status. I’m Titanium and had to argue for 10 mins to get a basic room upgrade that was easily available to book (not a suite just a normal room). I also called the front desk twice and each time they put me on hold for over 10 mins. When I asked them about it they were rude and said 1st time the person went home and 2nd time they were too busy. What???Much better value at the other Marriott locations.

The location was perfect! We appreciated the lovely views from the intercoastal side. We watched the boats pass by while eating breakfast on the patio. The only problem I have was that the headboard in the room was torn and looked too bad for a $240+ night experience.Walk to the ocean in about 5 minutes. Lots of nearby dining. We enjoyed a great southern dining, about 15 minutes called Red Velvet Kitchen and Grill. What a vibe there. Also, Target is about 5 minutes away in case you forget to pack something.I can't forget to mention the breakfast was complimentary and it was delicious! Excellent service from the breakfast team. The ladies were very friendly.

It's an overall great experience staying at this all suite hotel outside the busy area. While it's not by the beach, the walking distance of about three blocks makes the morning jog a little more fun.The only issue I have is with the in-suite washer/dryer combo. At first, I was only bothered by the noise it made until I took out my dried clothes, which were ruined by the very foul smell on all my clothes. If the hotel provides dryer/washer, I would expect them to be well maintained and cleaned.I would stay at this hotel again in the future, but will not use the washer/dryer just to be safe.

This hotel has nice rooms and views. It's clean and comfortable. The receptionist was also very welcoming. The location is ok, not ideal but it works. The only thing that I did not like was the price of the valet parking and level of professionalism and service after check in. Valet was not often present or welcoming. Had to call 2 or 3 times from the room to get the lobby receptionist and/or the valet to answer the phone whenever I needed my car. I feel like if they are a going to charge higher prices and make valet mandatory, then people would expect top tier service. However, I still enjoyed the stay despite those details, but I did take note.
