I had lower back pain for over 10 years due to my kyphosis and working in the restaurant business all my life. After learning some stretches and exercise from Tony, I haven't had pain, AT ALL, in almost a year. I really appreciated how the trainers would humbly offer to help each other's clients with no ego or pride involved.
