Horrible group as a collective! Valerie, Kevin, Osman, even the maintenance Danny were liars and thieves. Took my entire security deposit after we painted and replaced items. Said I was a "squatter" because we cleaned 2 days after officially moving. I've got my pictures of the move out. Nobody came to do a proper walk through and just made up random things that were not true. Be careful with these folks. They all work together to get whatever scraps they can from hard working people. They also tried to charge me twice for rent that was already paid!

I don't really write reviews but I have to tell you, Renters Warehouse but in particularly Ferras Z, are great. Ferras replies back swiftly every single time I call or leave a request. The customer service is top notch. Their website is user-friendly and easy to setup. Great job Ferras!!! Great job Renters Warehouse!!!
