Just did my third lease yesterday with Regency since 2015. 1) Money , because they literally get me the best deal every single time. 2) Trust, the conversation never changes there’s never a back-and-forth and they do exactly what they say they’re going to do no games. 3) Simple, while at work at my convenience, I was able to email them everything required, and before the end of the day the vehicle was delivered to me. I never left my desk till I went downstairs to take delivery of my vehicle.

Seriously the best experience ever! Morris is so helpful, fast, and efficient. He got me what I wanted within the day and even did a last minute switch because I didn’t like the color in person. They brought the car and paperwork to my house which was so convenient. Truly number 1. I have used regency for years and will continue using them as long as I can drive! Can’t praise them enough!!! A+++++++

Morris and the Regency Leasing did it again!. Spot on, quick response and smooth process to get my son’s new VW Tiguan. If you are still dealing with regular car dealers it’s because you haven’t experience Regency! Give them a chance and you will never buy / lease a car from a dealer. They even deliver the car to your door step.

As one of those guys who knows very little about cars, Regency Leasing is nothing short of a miracle. Not sure how they do it but the prices are unbeatable (and I've tried, believe me) , the service is truly second to none and the whole process is very quick and efficient. Use to be such a pain getting a car but for the last few years all I have to do is call the owner (always available) and tell him that my lease is up. They literally take care of everything!!! Returning the leased car ,finding the best deal for the next car and DELIVERING!!! the new car to my location. (Not to mention spending time explaining everything about the new car) . The signing is done electronically and...they are there for me even after the delivery to address any questions. I wish it would be like that with every service provider. Unheard of in this industry. Thanks you guys for a great experience. See you next deal ?

Customer service is truly amazing! I got my new car after just a few phone calls with Mendy. No more spending an entire day at the dealership playing the dreaded let-me-talk-to-my-manager-and-see-what-I-can-do game. My car was delivered right to my door. Highly recommended!

Highest level of service, best place to get a car, and by far the easiest and most competitive. Did a fantastic job securing my vehicle in a timely manner and completed all the custom painting to maximize the look. Highly recommend!!
