I dropped off a cotton shirt for laundering. When I picked it up the woman insisted it was a dress and charged me over $10. I should have been informed that they are deciding my shirt is a dress and changing me a different rate at time of drop off. This is my first experience with this cleaners. I hope they’re enjoying the $5. they ripped me off for because they have lost my business for life. Bummer as was excited to find this place very convenient to where I just moved. #1 - BEST dry cleaners!! Greg, Wendy and staff were AMAZING! My queen size white sofa covers and pillows came out BEAUTIFUL and LIKE NEW!! I highly recommend them!! 5 star service!!!!

I tried this dry cleaners once to clean and press my scrubs for work, due to my old cleaners ruining one of my uniforms and I've been in love with them since! The job always gets done the right way!

I rarely need to use dry cleaning services but I must say, I had an amazing experience. I was going to dinner with my husband and my dress had some stains on there and i needed same day services. I came around 10:00am and they told me to drop the clothes off and come back by 3:30pm. I ended up arriving around 3:00pm just to make sure I'm on time and it was ready! I was so happy they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them for all my dry cleaning services.

These cleaners are in my neighborhood so I decided to give them a try. I brought in trousers and 2 shirts. One shirt had an obvious stain around the neck. This appears to be a family run business and the man there was particularly kind and offered great customer service. The order was ready on time and looks great. They also gave me the yelp discount which was very appreciated.

My partner gets all his clothing professionally done and for price as well as quality of service goes to Regal Cleaners. Regal is also Yelp friendly, so if you go there be sure to do your Yelp check-in. When I did, I received a whopping 30% discount. Though the clerk seems to be more concerned with yapping to her cell phone friends than customer service, the lower prices and the quality of the cleaning I've had done, sort of makes up for that. Another good thing about Regal Cleaners is its location that provides for adequate parking.
